By analyzing evidence from government reports, medical studies, and abductee case files, this investigation proposes a Dual Effect Model of UAP contact
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) reporton anomalous biological effects from UAP encounters has confirmed that exposure to these unknown craft can result in radiation burns, ocular damage, neurological trauma, and even unexplained pregnancies.
Yet, the question remains: Are these effects merely unintended byproducts of contact, or is there a deliberate agenda at play?
By analyzing evidence from government reports, medical studies, and abductee case files, this investigation proposes a Dual Effect Model of UAP contact:
Accidental Exposure: Many injuries—burns, radiation-like sickness, eye damage—are likely caused by proximity to exotic propulsion or energy systems beyond our understanding.
Deliberate Biological Manipulation: Some encounters show signs of direct intervention, including medical experimentation, reproductive interference, and cognitive control.
The implications of this are profound. If UAP interactions cause measurable harm, then the phenomenon is not just a curiosity—it is a potential public health and national security issue. Whether these encounters stem from indifference, experimentation, or an unknown long-term agenda, they demand serious investigation.
This report aims to reframe the conversation about UAP and non-human intelligence—moving beyond sensationalism and skepticism to examine the real-world effects on human beings. By confronting the evidence, we can better understand the nature of these encounters and prepare for whatever reality may emerge.
Next Sections Will Cover: ✔️ Breakdown of DIA medical findings ✔️ Evidence of energy-related exposure injuries ✔️ Abduction cases involving direct medical interference ✔️ Implications for national security and human sovereignty
1. Accidental Exposure to Energy Fields (Unintended Consequence)
Hypothesis: UAP may emit strong electromagnetic, radioactive, or unknown energy fields that inadvertently cause biological effects when humans come too close.
Supporting Evidence:
Radiation-Like Injuries: Some reported burns and hair loss resemble symptoms of radiation exposure, which can occur near high-energy propulsion systems.
Eye Damage & Photophobia: Intense bursts of light or high-frequency radiation could cause ocular issues.
Neurological Disruptions: EMF (Electromagnetic Fields) have been shown to impact brainwave activity, potentially explaining anxiety, sleep disruption, and headaches.
Implication: If UAP function using an advanced energy source, exposure to this field could unintentionally harm humans. They may not be attacking us—just operating on a level of physics we don’t understand yet.
2. Physiological Shock from Non-Human Interaction (Psychosomatic Effects)
Hypothesis: The psychological shock of an encounter with a UAP or non-human intelligence could trigger severe stress responses, manifesting as physical symptoms.
Supporting Evidence:
PTSD-Like Symptoms: Multiple studies have shown that abductees experience PTSD even when they don’t recall trauma.
Autonomic Nervous System Overload: The fight-or-flight response could lead to nausea, heart palpitations, and fatigue.
Placebo Effect Reversed? Just as belief in healing can improve health, an encounter with an unfamiliar intelligence might disrupt biological homeostasis through sheer cognitive dissonance.
Implication: The mind-body connection plays a huge role in health. If UAP and non-human intelligence operate on a cognitive level beyond ours, even benign encounters might cause trauma-like effects due to sensory and psychological overload.
3. Intentional Manipulation or Experimentation (Malicious or Indifferent Intent)
Hypothesis: Some UAP interactions could involve deliberate experimentation on human physiology, whether for research, control, or other unknown motives.
Supporting Evidence:
Missing Time & Abduction Cases: Many abductees report being taken and subjected to medical-like procedures.
Hybridization Programs (David Jacobs’ Work): Some researchers suggest prolonged genetic experimentation on humans.
Government Reports of “Unaccounted-for Pregnancies”: This suggests a reproductive or biological interest in humans.
Implication: If this hypothesis is correct, non-human intelligence may not view human well-being as a priority. The negative physiological effects could be a result of:
Indifference: Like how we tag and release animals for study.
Control Measures: Memory suppression could cause neurological issues.
Hybridization/Biological Experimentation: The physical symptoms might be side effects of procedures.

So, Which Explanation Fits Best?
It could be a mix of all three depending on the context.
If symptoms occur during a close encounter without abduction, it may be due to energy field exposure (Hypothesis #1).
If the effects appear later without memory of an event, it may be a psychological or neurological reaction (Hypothesis #2).
If memory gaps and medical anomalies appear, it may indicate direct experimentation (Hypothesis #3).
What’s clear is that the DIA report suggests something real is happening—whether it’s unintended exposure or deliberate manipulation remains uncertain.
1. Accidental Exposure to Energy Fields (Unintended Effect)
Key Idea:
Many of the reported burns, neurological symptoms, and radiation-like injuries could result from close proximity to UAP technology, rather than intentional harm.
If UAP use exotic propulsion systems—such as electromagnetic, plasma, or quantum field manipulation—then humans who get too close may suffer biological damage due to intense energy exposure.
Supporting Evidence:
DIA Report (Declassified): Lists radiation-like effects, eye injuries, and burns as common symptoms of UAP encounters.
Pentagon’s AATIP Research (2010s): Studies on UAP-induced physiological effects found evidence of radiation sickness and cellular damage in military personnel and civilians.
Travis Walton Case (1975): Walton reported an intense energy burst when he approached a UFO, rendering him unconscious and resulting in mild radiation-like symptoms.
Cash-Landrum Incident (1980): Witnesses exposed to a hovering UFO developed severe radiation burns and long-term health issues, suggesting intense EM or nuclear-like exposure.
Implication:
If UAP technology inherently emits strong energy fields, then human injuries might be an unintended byproduct of its operation.
Non-human intelligence may not even recognize human biological vulnerabilities, or they might consider collateral damage acceptable.
3. Intentional Manipulation or Experimentation (Deliberate Effect)
Key Idea:
Some UAP encounters show signs of deliberate physical interference, such as medical procedures, genetic sampling, and neurological manipulation.
The physical aftereffects in abductees suggest direct interaction with human biology, beyond mere environmental exposure.
🔎 Supporting Evidence:
David Jacobs’ Abduction Research: Many abductees recall medical procedures (often reproductive in nature) performed aboard UAP.
DIA Report: Mentions “unaccounted-for pregnancies” in abductees, suggesting physical alterations.
Harvard Psychiatrist John Mack: His studies on abductees found psychological trauma and persistent physical symptoms that were not easily explained by normal sleep paralysis or memory distortion.
Frequent Physical Marks on Abductees: Many report scoop marks, bruises, and implants after their experiences.
Betty and Barney Hill Case (1961): Barney suffered genital trauma, while Betty received a needle-like procedure to the abdomen, consistent with reported reproductive experiments.
Whitley Strieber’s Communion (1987): Describes highly invasive encounters with non-human entities, including neurological and sexual manipulation.
Implication:
Non-human intelligence seems interested in biological and genetic research.
Memory manipulation suggests a control mechanism—they don’t want abductees recalling these experiences.
Some effects (e.g., PTSD, neural trauma, physical injuries) may result from cognitive or medical interference rather than just radiation exposure.
Synthesizing the Theory: A Dual Effect Model
UAP Contact Can Cause Physical Harm in Two Ways:
Accidental Exposure (Environmental Damage)
Humans suffer burns, radiation, ocular damage from proximity to UAP propulsion systems.
This may not be intentional—just an effect of unknown energy fields.
Similar to radiation poisoning from nuclear exposure or EMF effects.
Deliberate Biological Manipulation
Some cases clearly involve direct human interference (abductions, medical procedures, genetic sampling).
The presence of memory suppression, implants, and genetic manipulation suggests intelligence behind the events.
Non-human entities seem to operate with an agenda—possibly hybridization, control, or experimentation.
Final Thoughts: A Disturbing but Logical Conclusion
Most UAP-related injuries are likely due to energy exposure, like radiation, plasma fields, or high-frequency EM waves.
Some cases, however, show direct manipulation—abductions, medical procedures, reproductive experiments.
The entities involved do not seem concerned with human well-being, reinforcing the idea that they operate under different moral frameworks (or simply do not see humans as we see ourselves).
The hybridization agenda (David Jacobs) and UAP energy field dangers (DIA Report) are not mutually exclusive.
Non-human intelligence may treat Earth as a laboratory, where our exposure to their presence is both a side effect and part of a larger, intentional plan.
Bottom Line: Even if UAPs are not hostile in a traditional sense, they are not acting with human interests as a priority. The DIA’s medical reports, abductee testimony, and historical cases all point toward a complex phenomenon that involves both accidental exposure and deliberate interference.
Between 1997 and 2000, the UK’s Defence Intelligence Staff generated Project Condign, a report asserting the existence of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP). It suggests UAPs engage in non-kinetic interactions, potentially influencing cognition and radar. The report hints at military implications but remained largely ignored by the media and peer review.
Between 1997 and 2000, the UK’s Defence Intelligence Staff conducted a study on UAPs that was later released with minimal fanfare. Titled Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in the UK Air Defence Region, the 400-page report—commonly known as Project Condign—contains conclusions that, if taken seriously, would shift the conversation on UAPs into the domain of plasma physics, cognitive modulation, and electromagnetic weaponization.
This article revisits the report not as a historical curiosity—but as a signal missed in the noise, and perhaps a partial map to the kind of non-kinetic phenomena we’re seeing increasingly in modern telemetry.
Plasma as the Fourth State of Matter
What the Report Actually Says
Project Condign’s conclusion is not subtle:
“The existence of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), as reported in this study, is indisputable.”
That sentence alone should’ve warranted front-page headlines in 2006. It didn’t. Why? Because the framing that followed attempted to domesticate the extraordinary: UAPs, it said, are likely buoyant plasma formations—charged atmospheric phenomena capable of producing radar returns and visual anomalies, but not under intelligent control.
Yet the report simultaneously includes these claims:
Some UAPs are observable to radar and optical systems.
These phenomena can induce “localised enhancements of refractive index,” affecting visibility and perception.
Close encounters may influence the human brain via EM interactions, potentially explaining abduction narratives or visionary states.
In short: the UK government quietly admitted UAPs are real, possibly physical, possibly able to interfere with brain function, and potentially exploitable for defense applications.
Pattern Recognition: Reframing the Plasma Hypothesis
Here’s the pivot: the “plasma” explanation is not debunking—it’s a partial modeling. The data patterns it seeks to explain (sustained light forms, radar-visible structures, EM interference) are very similar to the cases observed today in more sophisticated sensor environments.
FLIR signatures from the USS Princeton/Tic Tac case
Hessdalen light emissions with coherent spectral peaks
Transient EM field anomalies reported during CE2/CE3 events
All may fall within the same domain of coherent non-equilibrium plasma structures—which, under certain interpretations, might host or transmit information (whether intelligent or not remains an open question).
A Tactful Suppression
Condign was never peer-reviewed. The MoD distanced itself from it almost immediately, labeling it “internal.” The media barely engaged. But one line from the report suggests deeper institutional unease:
“The relevance of plasma and electromagnetic fields to weapon development… should not be overlooked.”
This isn’t just about UFOs. It’s about the physics of control systems, biological effects, and exotic propagation mediums. What if Condign wasn’t designed to reveal the truth—but to contain it inside a box of plausible deniability?

What Is a Non-Kinetic Phenomenon?
In military and scientific terms, non-kinetic phenomena refer to events or effects that don’t involve physical impact or conventional motion-based interaction. Instead of bullets, missiles, or physical collisions (i.e., kinetic energy), non-kinetic effects operate through fields, waves, and information—like electromagnetic pulses (EMP), directed energy, plasma formations, or neural modulation.
They change systems or perceptions without touching them physically.
Why This Concept Fits UAPs
Many well-documented UAP cases show characteristics far more consistent with non-kinetic effects than with traditional vehicles or weapons. Here’s how:
1. EM Interference Without Impact
Example: 1980 Rendlesham Forest incident – military witnesses reported vehicle malfunctions and radio issues in the presence of a glowing object.
Interpretation: A localized, possibly directed EM field affecting electronics—no visible “weapon,” no physical contact.
2. Perception Modulation
Example: Project Condign theorized that plasma-based UAPs might affect neurological function via EM interaction.
Modern Support: Witnesses in CE2/CE3 events often describe missing time, paralysis, or shared hallucination-like episodes. These could stem from EM-induced cognitive interference.
3. Lack of Sonic Boom or Heat Signature
Example: Tic Tac UAP (2004) moved at supersonic speeds but produced no sonic boom, no heat plume, and no visible means of propulsion.
Interpretation: The object’s movement may not be kinetic at all—what’s observed could be projected position, field-based translation, or light propagation anomaly.
4. Sensor-Specific Visibility
Example: Multiple Navy UAP incidents showed objects only appearing on radar, infrared, or FLIR, but not visible to the naked eye.
Implication: These are selectively interacting with the environment, possibly manipulating which wavelengths or sensors detect them.
5. Environmental Anomalies Without Mass
Example: Hessdalen Lights and Skinwalker Ranch phenomena show measurable EM changes, radiation bursts, or infrared light with no corresponding solid object.
Interpretation: These may be coherent energy formations—plasma, or something more exotic—interfacing with the environment without mass or momentum.
Seismic Activity: A link has been noted by Dr. Michael Persinger, and a new crop of researchers such as Miguel A. Galán are contributing to a growing body of research on UAP and electroballs.
Conclusion: Not “Craft”—Field Events
The consistent absence of:
Sonic booms
Heat trails
Inertial motion
Physical propulsion
…suggests that at least some UAPs are better described as non-kinetic events—field-based, energy-based, or intentional manipulations of space, perception, and systems.
This is why Project Condign’s conclusions, though framed as “natural plasma,” might actually be pointing toward engineered, intelligent, non-kinetic phenomena—interacting with us and our instruments in ways we barely understand.
We discuss the complexities surrounding UAP and UFO phenomena, emphasizing the influence of dogma on perception and belief systems. It explores how scientific, religious, and cultural frameworks hinder understanding. The phenomenon is characterized as non-material and interactive, suggesting that it adapts to human cognition and influences reality perception.
If you’ve been following our podcast, and if you are reading this you likely are, you are now familiar with our infamous Hacking UFO Understanding episode. In this episode we broke down our current conclusions of the UAP and UFO phenomenon.
We promised a write up and so it is below. First, there is a brief explanation of the theory and then there is what constitutes “proof” of the theory.
We used better tools, different models and more data. Yet, we ended in a similar spot as John Keel and Jaques Vallee. Which isn’t a bad thing. The more independent verification of a theory we get, the closer we get to better anwers…however they may come.
Our UFO blindspot is Dogma. The elusive answers to the UAP mystery.
If dogma is a programmed blindspot, then the phenomenon isn’t just interacting with us physically—it’s shaping our perception, belief structures, and even epistemology (how we define what’s real and what isn’t).
Let’s break this down.
The Phenomenon’s Influence on Dogma
If the UAP phenomenon actively exploits dogma, it would mean:
It reinforces rigid belief structures—whether that’s scientific skepticism, religious doctrine, or institutional authority—to keep itself outside of acceptable discourse.
It thrives on polarity—proponents vs. skeptics, nuts-and-bolts vs. consciousness models, believers vs. materialists—ensuring no unified approach can be taken.
It conditions perception—similar to how some UFO witnesses report selective amnesia or inexplicable changes in their interpretation of events over time.
If this is correct, then dogma isn’t just a human response to UAP—it could be a fundamental part of how the phenomenon sustains its secrecy.
Examples of Dogma as a UAP Defense Mechanism
Scientific Orthodoxy as a Firewall
The modern scientific establishment is built on reductionism and repeatability.
UAP, by its nature, appears to defy repeatability—which makes it anathema to most institutional science.
The result? The phenomenon remains unstudied because it isn’t allowed to be studied.
Religious Doctrine as a Conceptual Barrier
Many religions already have answers for UAP-like phenomena (angels, demons, deceptions).
Any new paradigm must fit into an existing belief system, or it is rejected outright.
The result? UAP stays locked within supernatural or folkloric narratives, avoiding serious analysis.
Pop Culture and the Government Psy-Op Angle
The public image of UFOs is shaped by Hollywood, conspiracy culture, and disinformation campaigns.
Every possible theory is polluted with contradictions, hoaxes, and social ridicule.
The result? No coherent consensus emerges, keeping the phenomenon undefined.
So, Is Dogma the Perfect Defense Mechanism?
It’s almost too effective to be random. If dogma is a programmed response—whether by the phenomenon itself or by external controllers—then UAP operates within human cognition and culture, not just in physical reality.
This ties directly into perception control and reality manipulation. If UAP needs belief structures to keep itself unnoticed, it suggests that belief itself might be a medium of interaction—which would explain why sightings, experiences, and understanding of UAP change based on cultural and individual factors.
Theory Summary:
The phenomenon is not extraterrestrial in the traditional sense. It is:
Perceptually entangled with consciousness
Interactive, reflective, and adaptive
Sometimes benevolent, sometimes deceptive
Tied to archetypes, symbols, and altered states
Possibly part of a larger control system or reactive interface that uses belief and perception to manifest
This is Keel’s Super Spectrum + Vallée’s Control System Hypothesis, now informed by:
Quantum physics (observer-dependent state collapse)
How Much Proof Do We Have?
Let’s break it down by domain:
1. Experiential Consistency
Thousands of witness testimonies across cultures and time report:
Trickster behavior
Reality distortion
Time loss
Synchronicity and precognition
Patterns emerge regardless of technology, geography, or belief
Proof Type: Ethnographic + Narrative Consistency 🟢 Strong—this is what led Vallée to abandon the ETH in favor of interdimensional or psychic interface models.
2. Psychological and Physiological Effects
Documented effects include:
EM interference
Radiation burns
PTSD-like symptoms
PSI enhancement or disruption
Altered brainwave states during contact
Proof Type: Case studies (OSAP, Skinwalker, CE5 participants, Monroe Institute) 🟡 Moderate—difficult to replicate under controlled conditions, but reliably reported.
3. Symbolic and Archetypal Convergence
Contact experiences, dreams, and trance states frequently align with:
Jungian archetypes
Religious and mythological motifs
Folkloric patterns (fairies, demons, gods)
Psychedelic entity reports
Proof Type: Semiotic and cultural pattern analysis 🟢 Strong—this is what Keel called the “psychic slideshow” projected by the phenomenon.
4. Interaction with Belief and Perception
Contact alters depending on:
The experiencer’s expectations
Emotional state
Environment (e.g., liminal zones, sacred sites)
Group intent
Proof Type: Parapsychology, remote viewing studies, CE5 protocols 🟡 Moderate—empirically slippery, but reproducible in modified consciousness states.
5. Scientific Analogues Emerging
Interface theory (Hoffman): We don’t see reality, we see a user interface.
Simulation theory: Reality may be informational, not material.
Quantum cognition models: Mind-matter interaction may be real.
Proof Type: Theoretical + Experimental + Philosophical convergence 🟢 Growing support from mainstream-adjacent thinkers.
So… Is This Proof?
Not in the materialist sense. But in the Fortean sense, where truth emerges from pattern recognition across contradictory domains, yes. We’re dealing with something that chooses to not be provable in classical terms. And that choice may be part of its function.

What Happens When We Bypass the Dogma Firewall?
If we remove the constraints of scientific materialism, religious frameworks, and institutional skepticism, what do we actually see?
Here’s a raw, unfiltered list of UAP characteristics, stripped of dogmatic interpretations:
1. Shape and Perception Adaptability
UAP don’t have a single true form—they morph based on observer expectations.
Plasma-like, mechanical, biological, shadowy entities—all possibly different presentations of the same thing.
Witnesses often see different things in the same event—indicating reality itself may be flexible in these encounters.
🡆 Without Dogma: UAP are not “craft” in the way we understand them. They are adaptive expressions of an unknown intelligence.
2. Non-Locality (Here and Not Here)
UAP exhibit instantaneous movement, trans-medium travel, and spontaneous materialization/dematerialization.
Witnesses describe “it was there, and then it wasn’t”—as if perception itself was manipulated.
They don’t just move through space—they move through perception.
🡆 Without Dogma: UAP are not bound by physical location. They exist inside and outside perception simultaneously.
3. Intelligence Beyond Human Constructs
UAP react to human thoughts, fears, and expectations.
They demonstrate non-verbal communication, sometimes described as “knowing” or instant downloads of information.
Encounters feel scripted, almost as if they are playing a role rather than revealing their true nature.
🡆 Without Dogma: UAP may not be extraterrestrial, cryptoterrestrial, or interdimensional—but something that operates beyond those categories entirely.
4. Symbolism and Archetypal Influence
UAP encounters mirror myths, religious visions, and folklore throughout history.
Ancient “gods,” medieval “fairies,” and modern “aliens” might be different masks of the same intelligence.
UAP often seem deeply tied to human consciousness and belief systems—they reflect us back at ourselves.
🡆 Without Dogma: UAP interactions are partially constructed by human expectation, indicating a co-created phenomenon.
5. Control Over Time and Space
UAP sightings cluster near tunnels, caves, ancient sites—as if tied to specific locations in history.
Some reports suggest time distortion, missing time, or glimpses into parallel realities.
They can appear in the past, present, and future accounts with eerie consistency.
🡆 Without Dogma: UAP manipulate time itself—or exist outside of linear time as we know it.
6. Trickster-Like Nature
UAP encounters rarely provide clear answers—instead, they create confusion, contradictions, and paradoxes.
They often lead people to belief, only to later undermine that belief.
Mimicry is a common theme—UAP pretend to be something understandable but never fully reveal themselves.
🡆 Without Dogma: UAP are not here to “disclose” themselves—they function as an intelligence that interacts with us on shifting, unpredictable terms.
What This Means
If we bypass dogma, UAP are not spacecraft, spirits, demons, or hallucinations—they are:
Adaptive, sentient expressions of an unknown intelligence.
Non-local, time-independent, and partially perception-based.
Deeply intertwined with human consciousness and belief systems.
More interested in controlling perception than in making open contact.
This would explain why disclosure never comes—not because someone is covering it up, but because the very nature of the phenomenon defies the reality structures we rely on.
We aren’t seeing UAP for what they are. We are seeing what we are allowed to see.
Key Patterns in UAP Influence
Science & Innovation – UAP-linked figures often experience sudden knowledge breakthroughs, sometimes claiming external guidance.
Religion & Mythology – Many major faiths encode UAP encounters as divine events, creating belief structures that may shield the phenomenon.
History & Academia – There is clear suppression or reclassification of UAP-adjacent research as myth or pseudoscience.
Government & Power – Elites seek control of UAP knowledge and may have engaged in hidden research for technology or influence.
At Fortean Winds, we propose that paranormal phenomena, such as Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) and the Hitchhiker Effect, may stem from quantum interactions. The CIA’s secret investigations validated EVP’s existence, suggesting that these anomalies could reveal deeper truths about reality, challenging existing scientific skepticism and prompting further exploration into the unknown.
At Fortean Winds, we’ve long believed that paranormal phenomena aren’t merely superstition—they’re misunderstood aspects of reality awaiting scientific understanding. During our review of an old report, we found revelations from declassified CIA research into Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) that offers groundbreaking support for our quantum-focused hypothesis, notably aligning with the strange and pervasive “Hitchhiker Effect.”
CIA’s Secret EVP Research: What Did They Discover?
The CIA’s investigation into EVPs—anomalous voices recorded without any identifiable physical source—was conducted under rigorous scientific conditions. Utilizing electromagnetic shielding (Faraday cages), acoustic isolation chambers, sensitive microphones, and meticulous frequency analyses, their studies repeatedly documented voices exhibiting clear linguistic structure, emotional inflections, and intelligent interaction patterns. Crucially, these voices persisted despite rigorous isolation methods designed explicitly to eliminate fraud, external interference, or equipment malfunction.
These anomalous findings strongly support the existence of genuine phenomena historically classified as “paranormal.” Yet, intriguingly, the CIA never publicly acknowledged these results, leaving behind only quietly archived documents.
Bridging EVP and the Hitchhiker Effect
The CIA’s documented evidence mirrors another phenomenon Fortean Winds extensively investigates: the Hitchhiker Effect. Individuals experiencing close encounters with unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) frequently report subsequent paranormal experiences—anomalies seemingly “attached” or entangled with them long after the initial event.
Historical records, from Kenneth Arnold’s seminal UFO sighting to modern encounters at Skinwalker Ranch, demonstrate a consistent pattern. Witnesses experience lasting anomalies, from poltergeist-like disturbances to inexplicable auditory phenomena remarkably similar to EVPs. These subsequent experiences often spread to close associates, behaving almost contagiously, suggesting a deeper connection to quantum entanglement theories.
The Quantum Hypothesis: EVP and Paranormal Contagion
At Fortean Winds, we posit that these phenomena—EVPs and the Hitchhiker Effect alike—arise from quantum-level interactions. Intense paranormal encounters could cause entanglement between individuals and an unknown quantum field, creating lasting links manifesting as subsequent anomalous experiences.
Quantum entanglement, a scientifically recognized phenomenon where particles remain connected regardless of distance, aligns closely with the CIA’s EVP research. The persistence of anomalous voices despite controlled isolation suggests non-local quantum interactions rather than traditional electromagnetic or acoustic phenomena.
Implications: A New Understanding of Paranormal Reality
The alignment between CIA findings, the Hitchhiker Effect, and quantum theory is more than coincidental. It suggests our world might inherently operate with quantum complexity at a macroscopic scale we have yet to fully understand. The CIA’s quiet recognition of these phenomena challenges skepticism, paving the way for scientific inquiry into areas once dismissed as superstition.
The Fortean Call to Action
The question remains open: if the CIA once secretly recognized anomalous phenomena like EVPs, how much more might our reality hold beyond current scientific comprehension? Fortean Winds invites researchers, experiencers, and open-minded skeptics alike to reconsider the boundaries of what’s possible.
By uncovering these quantum echoes, we might just uncover deeper truths about reality itself.

Additional Data Relevant to the Analysis and the Area
The article advocates for a dual-approach in researching Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and paranormal events, blending traditional scientific methods with intelligence analysis. It highlights the limitations of conventional science in addressing these elusive phenomena and proposes integrating interdisciplinary insights and innovative methodologies to foster a comprehensive understanding of such occurrences.
The field of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and paranormal research has gained significant attention, spurred by numerous credible reports and government acknowledgments of the phenomena.
However, the scientific community remains largely skeptical and constrained by methodologies that may not fully address the unique nature of these occurrences. This article proposes that UAP and paranormal research should diverge from mainstream science, adopting a dual-approach: one rooted in traditional scientific methods and the other in intelligence analysis.
The Limitations of Traditional Scientific Methods
Mainstream science relies heavily on the scientific method, which demands observable, measurable, and repeatable data. This approach has undoubtedly been the bedrock of technological and scientific advancement, providing a structured pathway to understanding the natural world. However, when it comes to UAP and paranormal phenomena, this method encounters significant limitations:
Elusive Nature of the Phenomena: UAPs often appear and disappear rapidly, leaving little to no physical evidence. Paranormal activities, too, are notoriously transient and subjective, often defying conventional measurement.
Technological Superiority: If the intelligence behind UAPs is indeed technologically advanced, it could easily evade our current detection and measurement capabilities, rendering traditional scientific tools ineffective.
Lack of Physical Samples: The absence of tangible artifacts or consistent physical evidence poses a significant barrier to traditional scientific investigation, which depends on the analysis of such samples.
Given these constraints, it is imperative to consider an alternative approach that can complement traditional scientific efforts without being hindered by their limitations.
Intelligence Analysis: A Complementary Approach
The field of intelligence analysis, traditionally used in military and security contexts, offers a promising complementary approach to UAP and paranormal research. This method focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand capabilities, features, and intentions, even in the absence of direct physical evidence.
Data Collection and Correlation: Intelligence analysis relies on collecting various forms of data, including eyewitness accounts, radar logs, satellite imagery, and other indirect evidence. By correlating these diverse sources, researchers can identify patterns and anomalies that might not be apparent through conventional scientific methods.
Behavioral Analysis: Understanding the behavior and patterns of UAPs can provide insights into their capabilities and possible intentions. This approach mirrors techniques used in intelligence to anticipate the actions of adversaries based on observed behavior.
Predictive Modeling: By developing models based on historical data and observed patterns, intelligence analysis can help predict future occurrences and potentially guide where and how to focus observational efforts.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Integrating insights from various fields such as psychology, sociology, and even folklore can enrich the analysis, providing a broader understanding of the phenomena beyond just the physical aspects.
The Path Forward: Integrating Science and Intelligence Analysis
While traditional scientific research remains crucial, it is clear that a new branch dedicated to intelligence analysis is necessary to advance our understanding of UAP and paranormal phenomena. This dual-approach ensures that we are not limited by the constraints of our current scientific paradigms but are also not abandoning the rigorous standards of evidence that science demands.
Establishing Research Frameworks: Developing structured methodologies for intelligence analysis in UAP research will provide a framework for systematic investigation, similar to how the scientific method structures traditional research.
Training and Education: Academics and researchers should be trained in intelligence analysis techniques, fostering a new generation of researchers who can bridge the gap between science and intelligence analysis.
Institutional Support: Universities, research institutions, and government agencies need to recognize and support this dual-approach, allocating resources and funding to both scientific and intelligence analysis efforts.
Public Engagement: Transparency and communication with the public are essential to maintain trust and support for research efforts. Engaging with the public through open forums, publications, and media can help demystify the phenomena and the research process.
In conclusion, the unique and often elusive nature of UAP and paranormal phenomena necessitates a bifurcated research approach. By combining traditional scientific methods with intelligence analysis, we can create a robust framework capable of tackling the complexities of these phenomena, ultimately leading to a deeper and more comprehensive understanding. This dual-approach not only respects the rigor of science but also embraces the innovative and adaptive strategies of intelligence analysis, paving the way for breakthroughs in one of the most intriguing fields of modern research.
The article discusses the potential link between the South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA) and increased Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) activity in South America. It highlights ancient tunnels connecting locations like Nazca and Colares, suggesting a relationship between these tunnels and UAP sightings. The SAA’s unique radiation levels may attract UAPs, necessitating further research.
Update: 7/27/2024
We’ve been playing around with mapping ancient tunnel systems (they seem related)…and this article might be mildly wrong. The South American Anomaly might not be the main reason these beings are appearing in this location. Perhaps it’s part of it, but there is a very solid connection in this region between high intensity UAP activity and the ancient tunnels of Peru. As proof we’d submit the following:
Map of known ancient tunnels around the world – Fortean WindsMap of Ancient South American Tunnel System – Fortean Winds
We weren’t looking for this connection when we noticed it, so that made it all the more shocking. These regions are well known for intense and hostile UAP activity, and they’re all connected by these tunnels.

Be great to know more…We’ll dig into this some and get back to you…
Introduction
The South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA) has long been a topic of interest among geophysicists and space scientists due to its unique position where the Earth’s inner Van Allen radiation belt comes closest to the surface. This results in an area with higher-than-normal levels of ionizing radiation. Our research suggests that this anomaly might be linked to increased Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) activity in regions like Peru and Nazca. This article explores this connection, highlighting historical and recent UAP encounters and examining the potential reasons behind this correlation.
The South Atlantic Anomaly: A Brief Overview
The SAA is a region centered off the coast of South America where the Earth’s magnetic field is weaker, allowing more energetic particles from the Sun to penetrate the atmosphere. This results in increased levels of ionizing radiation, which affects satellites, space missions, and even terrestrial electronics.
Historical and Modern UAP Sightings in South America
The Nazca Lines and Peru:
The Nazca Lines, ancient geoglyphs located in southern Peru, have been the center of speculation regarding extraterrestrial activity. These massive designs, visible only from the air, have sparked theories about ancient astronauts and extraterrestrial influence.
Modern reports of UAPs in Peru describe unexplained lights and objects performing extraordinary maneuvers in the sky. These sightings are often reported by locals and have been documented by both amateur and professional researchers.
Brazil and the Colares Incident:
The Colares incident in 1977 is one of the most well-documented UAP encounters in Brazil. Residents of Colares Island reported being attacked by beams of light from UAPs, which caused burns, puncture wounds, and other injuries. These incidents were investigated by the Brazilian Air Force under Operation Prato.
Recent sightings in Brazil continue to report similar phenomena, with lights and objects appearing in the sky and displaying behaviors that defy conventional explanations.
Iquitos Sightings: Local residents in Iquitos, Peru have reported numerous UAP sightings. These include physical attacks, strange hovering objects, and Non-Human encounters. The frequency and nature of these sightings suggest a pattern that correlates with the SAA’s influence.
The Van Allen belt is a zone of energetic charged particles, primarily electrons and protons, that are captured by Earth’s magnetic field. There are two main belts: the inner and the outer Van Allen belts. The inner belt extends from about 1,000 to 12,000 kilometers above Earth’s surface and contains high concentrations of protons with energies exceeding 100 MeV. The outer belt extends from about 13,500 to 58,000 kilometers and primarily contains electrons with energies ranging from 0.1 to 10 MeV. These belts are shaped by Earth’s magnetic field and play a crucial role in protecting the planet from solar wind and cosmic radiation, but they can pose hazards to satellites and astronauts due to the high radiation levels.
Connecting the South Atlantic Anomaly to UAP Activity
The hypothesis that the SAA could be influencing UAP activity in South America is grounded in several observations:
Increased Radiation Levels: The SAA’s high levels of ionizing radiation might be attracting UAPs, similar to how they are often reported near nuclear sites and areas with higher radioactivity.
Geographical Correlation: The areas with the highest reported UAP activities, such as Peru and Brazil, fall within or near the boundaries of the SAA.
Supporting Evidence
Scientific Research: Studies on the SAA have highlighted the increased radiation levels in this region and its effects on satellites and space missions. For instance, the increased flux of energetic particles in the SAA has been shown to cause significant interference with spacecraft electronics (Ancient Pages) (Thoughtnova).
Historical Accounts: A review of historical UAP reports shows a higher incidence of sightings and encounters in regions affected by the SAA. These include well-documented cases like the Colares incident and numerous modern-day reports from areas like the Nazca region (ANCIENT ARCHAEOLOGY –) (ANN | Archaeology news network).
Conclusion
The correlation between the South Atlantic Anomaly and heightened UAP activity in South America presents a compelling case for further study. The combination of historical evidence, scientific data, and modern reports suggests that the SAA’s unique characteristics may play a role in attracting UAPs to this region. Further interdisciplinary research could provide more insights into this intriguing connection, potentially uncovering new dimensions of both UAP phenomena and geophysical anomalies.
The exploration of UAP phenomena leads to questions about consciousness, suggesting that these entities possess advanced capabilities, including telepathy and time manipulation. The need for interdisciplinary research is emphasized, correlating psychological, environmental, and quantum theories while proposing a framework to understand possible interactions between humans and Ultra-terrestrials.
If you’ve been following our UAP podcast and website, you’ve been following a standard UFO research journey. You start with trying to determine if flying saucers are real. Once you’ve figured out they are real, you move onto what they are…that takes some twists and turns but it lands you somewhere in the realm of consciousness studies.
We don’t know what consciousness is. I don’t mean just us at Fortean Winds don’t know what consciousness is…humans don’t know what consciousness is.
So, being the material generation, we pretend like it doesn’t exist or relegate it to the fringes of hippy pseudoscience. Which works until it doesn’t…when we’re confronted with the reality of consciousness and its potential effects on our everyday lives, we can either dive into what science exists or dismiss it as Woo (fluff, wild theory).
Yet, these NHI and this phenomenon seem to have a greater control and understanding of consciousness than we do. If nothing else, that tells us there is so much there we have yet to discover…
If discovery is not sufficient motivation, how about survival? These beings have utilized their understanding of consciousness to control minds (see Chris Bledsoe, Fatima). They can freeze people in place, or send them on a journey to another world akin to our own but filled with fantastic creatures and unique differences (see the “Oz Effect and Hitchhiker Effect”).
Whether or not these experiences actually transport the person to another physical realm, or the experience is simulated, is unclear.
What is clear is that the NHI have this capability.
It’s intimidating to consider the fact these beings could be listening to your thoughts…all the time. Do they?
We doubt it. We have to accept they could potentially read thoughts, as we have evidence of numerous credible cases in which these beings communicate telepathically. Yet, why would they want to hear my thoughts about the latest Taylor Swift album? Seems like a waste of time (I didn’t get it).
At Fortean Winds we classify these NHI as “Ultra-terrestrials” because they live here (on planet earth) often enough to be considered terrestrial. And the “Ultra” refers to their capabilities. Not their point of origin. We’ve seen credible cases where these beings…
Can see back and forth in time
Pilot and control technology far beyond ours
Transport people into a land like Oz (apparently another reality)
Materialize and dematerialize matter
Read thoughts and communicate telepathically
Create potergeist-like activity
Appear as religious apparitions and strange monsters
Move through water and earth as if it were air (transmedium)
Transform shape (including mirroring humans)
Interact with humans on a purely psychic level…
Those are facts. We’ve seen these capabilities repeated in credible cases, reported by reliable observers and sometimes including material evidence.
We won’t spend a lot of time on this. The research community appears to be coming around to this set of facts. Good. They have to be accepted in order to be studied.
But then what…if these beings have just about every capability we can imagine, how do we go about studying them?
There is a temptation to just throw up your hands and consider them all powerful, mostly ambivalent and ignore them, or some may be tempted to worship them.
We would argue that neither of those solutions are terribly fruitful.
Instead the next logical steps are:
1) Open study and transparent information sharing of UAP discoveries
2) Attempt open and transparent communication with the NHI.
It doesn’t seem logical to us to worship something which does not make its motives clear. It also doesn’t make sense to ignore something so powerful and potentially informative…that is here…and interacts with us.
Given the confusing and disparate nature of this phenomenon and its capabilities, it seems the only way to get to the truth…is to ask. Communication is the logical next step.
We should accept that this is a multi-faceted phenomenon, which does not make itself known. In fact, it goes out of its way to hide its existence.
The fact that this phenomenon involves material craft and bodies, which are being studied, moves it out of the hippy pseudoscience category and into the WTF category?
If these things are real then all the capabilities they display are possible…and what does that say about our material reality? About our material science?
It says that it’s incomplete. But we already know that, don’t we? When did we decide we had it all figured out?
So, why can’t we ask the all-important questions? The ones that take us out of the realm of new age philosophy and into discovery.
Such as, how can something be both objective and subjective? Both material and immaterial? And why are there so many disparate pieces to this phenomenon?
This question touches on a fundamental and intriguing aspect of the phenomenon involving UAPs, abductions, cryptid sightings, and religious experiences: why do these phenomena sometimes manifest physically and other times psychically or para-physically? Here are some frameworks which attempt to explain these phenomena:
1. Jungian Theory and the Collective Unconscious:
Archetypes and Manifestations: Jung proposed that archetypes from the collective unconscious can manifest in various forms, reflecting both personal and collective human experiences. These archetypes might manifest as physical entities or experiences under certain conditions, especially when collective societal or personal psychological states are conducive.
Symbolic Representation: Physical sightings and psychic experiences could be different ways in which the unconscious mind externalizes internal conflicts, fears, or hopes. The physical manifestations could be a way for the psyche to confront and process these archetypes tangibly, while psychic experiences might represent a more internalized, introspective process. While Jung’s theories may be informative to the phenomenon as a whole (we think so), it can’t be the entirety of it, as there are ships and bodies. Can humans manifest ships and bodies which are sentient through their collective unconscious? Seems unlikely, but it may be that the phenomenon chooses its forms and is otherwise informed by Jungian theory.
Interdimensional Hypotheses: The idea that these phenomena might originate from other dimensions can explain their variable manifestations. Entities or objects could be crossing over from different realities, sometimes interacting with our physical world and other times influencing our minds more subtly. Check out our article on Tesla and Einstein for some quantum hypothesizing.
3. Consciousness and Perception:
Observer Effect: In quantum physics, the observer effect suggests that the act of observation can influence the state of a particle. Similarly, the state of the observer’s consciousness could influence whether an experience is physical or psychic. The expectation, belief, and mental state of the observer might shape how the phenomenon manifests.
Psychosocial Context: The cultural and social context can also influence the form these phenomena take. In societies with a strong belief in physical cryptids, sightings might be more common. Conversely, in cultures with a focus on spiritual or psychic experiences, these might be more prevalent. Combining Jungian theory with quantum physics where the expectations of the observer inform the observed…and we may have something.
4. Parapsychological Perspectives:
PK (Psychokinesis): Some parapsychologists suggest that psychokinetic abilities might enable individuals to manifest physical phenomena through psychic means. This theory posits that the mind can influence physical reality, leading to tangible manifestations of what might otherwise be considered purely psychological phenomena.
Collective Energy: The collective energy of a group or society, particularly in times of stress or significant change, could potentially trigger both physical and psychic manifestations. This might explain why certain periods and locations are hotspots for UAP sightings, cryptid reports, and spiritual experiences. Paranormal researchers often discuss liminal (places in a state of change) states as a precursor to a paranormal experience. Sites such as hospitals, schools and transportation hubs often report activity.
5. Environmental and Electromagnetic Factors:
Electromagnetic Fields (EMF): High levels of electromagnetic fields are often reported in areas with frequent UAP sightings and paranormal activity. EMFs can affect human perception and consciousness, potentially inducing both physical and psychic experiences.
Geophysical Anomalies: Certain geographic locations with unique magnetic or gravitational properties might act as focal points for these phenomena, facilitating both physical appearances and psychic experiences depending on the environmental conditions. These geophysical regions may be influenced by temporal factors and the observer.
The variability in the manifestation of these phenomena—sometimes physical, sometimes psychic—likely involves a complex interplay of psychological, environmental, and possibly quantum factors. Jungian theory provides a valuable framework for understanding the symbolic and archetypal dimensions of these experiences, while quantum and parapsychological theories offer insights into the mechanisms that might allow for such diverse manifestations.
Were you expecting an easy answer? Well, we have a simplified version, that we think holds up for now, and could then be expanded based on more data.
The Fortean Winds: Integrative UAP Hypothesis
Our research framework, which considers the interplay of the right person, place, and time, aligns well with the multidimensional nature of UAPs and related phenomena. This integrative approach can potentially offer a more comprehensive understanding of these elusive experiences. In short, this is how we think it(the phenomenon, NHI, whatever) works…
1. The Right Person:
Sensitivity and Connection: Some individuals appear to have a heightened sensitivity or a particular connection to these phenomena, which might be due to innate psychic abilities, previous experiences, or even genetic factors. Studies have suggested that certain people are more prone to experiencing paranormal phenomena, possibly due to their cognitive or perceptual traits.
Psychological and Emotional State: The mental and emotional state of the individual can influence their susceptibility to these experiences. Stress, trauma, and heightened emotional states are often reported in conjunction with sightings and encounters.
2. The Right Place:
Geophysical Anomalies: Locations with unique geophysical properties, such as high levels of EMF, geomagnetic anomalies, or specific mineral compositions, are often hotspots for paranormal activity and UAP sightings. Skinwalker Ranch in Utah is a notable example, known for its diverse range of unexplained phenomena, potentially linked to its unique geological features.
Historical and Cultural Significance: Certain places with rich histories of paranormal or spiritual activity might act as focal points. These areas could be imbued with cultural and symbolic significance, which might enhance their propensity for such phenomena.
3. The Right Time:
Temporal Factors: Time-related factors, such as specific times of the year (e.g., solstices, equinoxes), lunar cycles, and even certain hours of the day, might play a role in the manifestation of these phenomena. Some researchers suggest that these times could align with natural cycles that amplify environmental energies (livescience.com).
Cosmic and Astrological Influences: Cosmic events, such as solar flares, planetary alignments, and meteor showers, might also influence the occurrence of these phenomena. The idea is that these events can create fluctuations in the Earth’s electromagnetic field, potentially making it easier for interdimensional interactions or psychic phenomena to occur.
Case Studies and Examples:
Skinwalker Ranch:This site is known for a wide array of paranormal phenomena, including UAP sightings, cryptid encounters, and unexplained physical effects. Researchers have noted the presence of unusual magnetic and gravitational anomalies in the area, suggesting a link between the physical environment and the observed phenomena.
Hudson Valley Sightings: In the 1980s, the Hudson Valley in New York became a hotspot for UAP sightings. Many witnesses reported experiencing both physical sightings of craft and psychic phenomena, suggesting a combined influence of geophysical and psychological factors.
The Integrative Hypothesis:
The convergence of these factors can be viewed through an integrative hypothesis:
The Individual: People with certain sensitivities, previous experiences, family history, genetics and/or psychological predispositions may act as catalysts for these experiences.
The Environment: Geophysical anomalies and specific locations may provide the necessary conditions for these phenomena to manifest.
Temporal Conditions: Certain times may align environmental energies in ways that facilitate the occurrence of these phenomena.
This hypothesis suggests that a multidisciplinary approach, combining psychology, geology, physics, and cultural studies, is crucial for advancing our understanding of UAPs and related phenomena.
Based on our research (a review of thousands of cases), these are the determining factors of a UAP sighting or related paranormal event. A UAP or paranormal event occurs when the right person is in the right place at the right time.
However, it is missing one important variable and that variable has a huge impact: The Will and Actions of the NHI
These beings are conducting themselves and their activities according to their own agenda. We would argue that incidents. where these principles are not deterministic, occurred simply because it suited the NHI agenda (whatever that may be).
Yet, we consider it possible the factors in the integrated hypothesis may limit the time and targets which the NHI have available.
This NHI agenda needs to be studied both separately and in parallel, but it has to be viewed differently. We need to understand what the NHI achieved or hoped to achieve in these encounters. This is more like behavioral profiling.
A review of the cases has to be done to develop a reliable case pool and then the cases need to be analyzed to determine what the encounter most likely provided to the NHI and how it affected the contactee.
We’ve done this exercise, and the effects of the encounters appear to be mixed. Meaning they sometimes positively (healing, wisdom) but more often negatively (trauma, radiation) affect the individual. This could be the result of different factions of NHI interacting with humanity differently, or it could speak to a larger control mechanism and a long term plan of their own design. The NHI agenda, at this point, is unclear to everyone…
Additionally, we should note that these factors appear to work independently and in combination. For example, if you’re in the super right place at the super right time, it may not be necessary to be the right person. Conversely, if you’re the right person, the right place and time may be more flexible.
This is how it appears to work based on our current review and the state of our research. The Hitchhiker Effect also has an outsized effect on paranormal and UAP occurrences and points to a genetic or biological component to this phenomenon. This is noted in the integrative hypothesis as “family history” and “previous experiences.”
How’s that for deconstructing the woo…What could be more earthly than human biology?
De-Mystifying the Mystical:
We’ve assigned these beings the “mystical or magical” label because our ancestors didn’t know a lot about material science. We do. Yet, what we know is incomplete. Science and history are ever-evolving subjects. We don’t know what we don’t know. If nothing else, they’ve shown us that what we thought is impossible is not. That’s not magical or mystical…it’s opportunity.
Yet, it takes courage to accept the facts in UAP and Paranormal encounters. It takes the courage to research it and then it takes courage to believe credible people relaying incredible things.
That normally wouldn’t seem like much…except they keep saying the same thing…for thousands of years.
But the real challenge is accepting what you’ve found as fact and moving forward with it. Moving forward involves open and transparent study of the phenomenon we’ve outlined. That study should result in an effort of open and transparent communication with this phenomenon.
How would we communicate with the phenomenon? Naturally, we got some ideas!

By analyzing UAPs through quantum lenses, insights into human consciousness and its role in shaping these phenomena may emerge, inviting further exploration of their mysterious nature.
Author’s Note: The below is presented as a theoretical framework to inspire discussion regarding the relationship between quantum mechanics and UAP. It is not intended to be the answer to all things. John Keel always said to be careful when presenting a hypothetical framework like this. So, in honor of John Keel… The below is intended for discussion only…and if you use it, please cite it.
Introduction:
The subjective and objective nature of UFO and UAP encounters bears a striking resemblance to research being conducted in (and the mechanics of) quantum computing and quantum science. This resemblance could be more than coincidental, and we could be looking at the wizard behind the curtain of the UFO phenomenon. Either way, looking at the UAP phenomenon through this lens may allow us to gain insights we did not have before. Let’s examine the similarities and compare them to the work of a couple of our greatest thinkers, Einstein and Tesla.
Explaining Quantum Superposition:
In both technical and non-technical terms, quantum superposition can be likened to a state of uncertainty. Imagine a quantum system as a coin in mid-air, not yet landed. It’s neither heads nor tails, but it’s also both AND entirely new mixes of heads and tails because it exists in a state of all possibilities simultaneously until observed, collapsing into one outcome. This inherent duality mirrors the essence of quantum superposition.
Another simplified analogy is dipping one finger on each hand into a pool of water. The circular ripples of waves would stretch out from each finger like a binary system. Yet, they would overlap at some point and become a new and more complex pattern. This new pattern would be quantum superposition.
Comparing Quantum Superposition to UAP Encounters:
Selective Observers:
UAP sightings appear to be exclusive to certain individuals, sometimes only being seen by one observer in a group, much like quantum systems waiting for observation. Just as a quantum system necessitates an observer to manifest an outcome, UAP encounters might require specific user requirements for manifestation. Similar to a computer that requires a login before displaying your desktop background.
Subjective Experiences:
The experiences associated with UAP sightings vary among individuals but occasionally exhibit shared elements. This subjectivity aligns with the unpredictable nature of quantum systems, where outcomes are influenced by observation. UAP encounters could similarly be influenced by the unique perspectives of observers.
The Quantum Computer Analogy:
To delve deeper into this theory, let’s analogize UAP encounters as interactions with a quantum computer system. Picture individuals entering this system, registering their presence. This registration could pave the way for what researchers and scientists at locations like Skinwalker Ranch describe as “The Hitchhiker Effect,” where these experiences follow individuals and even spread to others, much like the entanglement of quantum particles.
This “Hitchhiker Effect” may be responding to individuals with better “measuring tools” which may exist in the brain, genetics or elsewhere in their physiology such as their immune system. Something about the individual makes them more sensitive to the energy and the energy needs them in order to interact with the rest of us. Such an effect might be directed by an advanced civilization.
Exploring the Tesla Connection:
Drawing inspiration from the visionary Nikola Tesla, we can further enrich this theory by considering other aspects of the UAP phenomenon in relation to quantum computing principles.
Energy Sources:
UAPs might tap into an advanced energy source akin to the quantum bits or qubits used in quantum computers. This could explain their extraordinary maneuvers and capabilities. The amount of energy such qubits could store might account for their relatively small size and extraordinary capabilities.
Information Processing:
UAPs may possess a remarkable capacity for data processing, enabling them to adapt intelligently to their surroundings and observers. Quantum computing is currently at its beginning in our society. Yet, the quantum computing abilities of a more advanced civilization would allow them to imbue material with information or advanced machine learning that mimics intelligence.
Non-Locality and Spatiotemporal Manipulation:
Their ability to manipulate space and time could be likened to the non-local behavior observed in quantum systems. This is when quantum particles display correlations that defy explanation through classical physics. Just as UAPs are often said to defy current classical physics.
Multiverse Theory:
UAP encounters could offer glimpses into alternate dimensions, akin to the multiverse theory, as they traverse between realms. For example, the holographic multiverse is generally the idea that “the surface area of a space can encode the contents of the volume of the region.” Which is very similar to the concept of quantum superposition in computing where the qubit exists in a state of all possibilities.
Quantum Communication:
UAPs might serve as advanced communication tools, bridging gaps between different forms of intelligent life. Quantum communication can happen instantaneously or as Einstein liked to call it “Spooky Action at a distance.“
Transcending Limitations:
Like Tesla’s groundbreaking work in electrical engineering, UAPs challenge the limits of our understanding and could be attempting to teach us a new paradigm in physics.
Incorporating Albert Einstein’s Perspective:
Albert Einstein’s groundbreaking work in theoretical physics revolutionized our understanding of the universe. His theories of relativity and quantum physics provide a solid foundation for exploring the connection between UAP encounters and the quantum realm.
Einstein’s Relativity and UAPs:
Einstein’s theory of relativity challenged our notions of space and time. Could UAPs, by their ability to manipulate space and time, be operating within the framework of Einstein’s theories? Their appearance and disappearance could be explained through a relativistic lens. Yet, such a relativistic craft could contain all of the technologies necessary to create a quantum energy which alters our perceptions.
E=mc² and Energy Sources:
Einstein’s famous equation, E=mc², signifies the equivalence of energy and matter. UAPs might harness an energy source beyond our comprehension, mirroring the relationship between energy and matter in Einstein’s theory. “Mass is dynamic quantity and can have different values, and in quantum physics, mass of a particle can be in a quantum ‘superposition’ of two different values.” source
According to the famous equation E=MC2, the mass of any object is held together by energy.
Quantum Gravity and Spacetime Manipulation:
Einstein’s quest for a unified theory, including quantum gravity, suggests the interconnectedness of all physical phenomena. UAPs’ ability to manipulate spacetime may resonate with Einstein’s vision of a unified theory.
Unified Theory of Everything:
Einstein’s lifelong pursuit of a “Theory of Everything” that unifies all natural forces finds a curious parallel in our exploration. UAP encounters, like unexplained quantum phenomena, might be pieces of this grand puzzle.
Theory: Quantum Superposition in UFO Encounters
In the realm of quantum mechanics, the concept of superposition asserts that particles can exist in multiple states simultaneously until observed, much like a coin suspended between heads and tails. In a similar vein, consider the UFO phenomenon as a cosmic qubit, where all potential states and forms coexist, waiting for an observer to collapse the wave function and reveal a specific reality.
Measurement and Observation:
User Inputs:
Just as a quantum system takes shape based on the observer’s measurement, the UFO phenomenon may be molded by the contactee’s inputs. These inputs encompass a broad spectrum of factors, including the contactee’s beliefs, ontological view, state of mind, and even their intent. These variables act as parameters that influence the manifestation of the phenomenon.
Reactivity:
The UFO phenomenon behaves reactively, responding to the unique set of inputs provided by the contactee. Like a quantum system that takes on different characteristics based on how it’s observed, the UFO encounter adapts and manifests in a manner intricately linked to the contactee’s consciousness.
Unknown Entity’s Intent:
An intriguing variable in this equation is the intent of the entity behind the UFO encounter. Just as the behavior of quantum particles can be influenced by external forces, the intent of this unknown entity could act as a variable that interacts with the contactee’s inputs, further shaping the encounter.
A Multifaceted Phenomenon:
This theory proposes that the UFO phenomenon is inherently multifaceted, mirroring the complexity of quantum superposition. When a contactee encounters the phenomenon, they become an active participant in a dynamic and ever-changing reality. The specific form, purpose, and nature of the encounter are not predetermined but are co-created by the contactee’s inputs and the intent of the enigmatic entity.
By blending the principles of quantum mechanics with the UFO phenomenon, this theory provides a fresh perspective on these mysterious encounters. It suggests that the UFO phenomenon is not a singular, static phenomenon but rather a dynamic and reactive entity that takes shape through the interaction between the contactee’s consciousness and an unknown intent. Embracing this perspective invites us to explore the profound interplay between human consciousness, quantum phenomena, and the enigmatic world of UAP encounters. In the words of Albert Einstein, “The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.”
Are these encounters, in fact, interactions with a literal quantum system, delivering experiences based on individual inputs? This connection between UAP sightings and quantum mechanics raises captivating questions that warrant further investigation. Embracing this theory challenges us to embrace a future where we understand UAP phenomena as a bridge between the mysteries of the quantum world and our reality.
Applying this theory to Paranormal and UFO Related Phenomena
Quantum Superposition and Paranormal Phenomena:
Apparitions and Ghostly Encounters:
Imagine apparitions as quantum entities existing in a superposition of states—both present and non-present. They become observable when encountered by individuals, influenced by the observer’s beliefs, emotions, and state of mind. Just as a quantum system’s behavior changes upon measurement, the appearance of ghosts may vary based on the observer’s mindset.
Poltergeist Activity:
Poltergeist phenomena could be akin to the sudden collapse of a quantum wave function. When suppressed emotions or energy build up in an environment, they exist in a superposition of potential actions. The presence of a person or entity may serve as the “measurement” that triggers the release of this energy, resulting in seemingly spontaneous and chaotic poltergeist activity.
Time Slips and Temporal Anomalies:
Time slips and temporal anomalies might occur when an individual’s perception enters a quantum-like superposition, allowing them to glimpse alternative timelines or moments from the past or future. These experiences could be the result of consciousness interacting with the quantum fabric of time, briefly accessing different temporal states.
Quantum Superposition and UFO-Related Phenomena:
Shape-Shifting UFOs:
UFOs often exhibit shape-shifting characteristics, mirroring quantum particles’ ability to exist in multiple states. These craft might be in a quantum superposition of forms, with their appearance solidifying when observed, much like quantum particles take on specific properties upon measurement.
Telepathic Communication with Entities:
Telepathic communication reported in UFO encounters could be a manifestation of quantum entanglement between the experiencer’s consciousness and the unknown entities. Just as entangled particles instantaneously influence each other’s states, a connection might exist between human consciousness and extraterrestrial or interdimensional beings.
Dimensional Shifts and Warp Drives:
UFO propulsion systems that appear to defy conventional physics may operate by exploiting the principles of quantum superposition and entanglement. They could shift between dimensions or manipulate spacetime, much like quantum particles interact with different states and dimensions.
Parallel Universes and Multiverse Phenomena:
Some UFO experiences might offer glimpses into parallel universes, aligning with the concept of multiverse theory. These encounters could be the result of quantum entanglement or superposition, allowing contactees to briefly interact with alternate realities.
Quantum Superposition and Three-Dimensional Fully Formed – Material UFO Craft
Imagine that UFOs, as fully three-dimensional craft, exist in a quantum state of superposition concerning their spatial dimensions. Much like particles in a quantum superposition exist in multiple states until observed, these craft can simultaneously occupy various spatial configurations until they are “measured” or interacted with in some way.
Quantum Superposition of Spatial Dimensions:
In this theory, UFOs are not bound by conventional physical constraints. Instead, they exist in a quantum superposition of different three-dimensional states. These states could represent various sizes, shapes, and configurations of the craft. When they remain unobserved, they maintain this superposition, akin to Schrödinger’s cat being both alive and dead in a closed box until opened.
Observer-Dependent Manifestation:
The moment a UFO is observed or detected by an external entity, whether human or otherwise, its quantum superposition collapses, and a specific three-dimensional configuration is chosen from the multitude of possibilities. This collapse of the wave function results in the craft manifesting in a particular form, giving the appearance of a fully three-dimensional UFO.
Manipulation of Quantum Energy:
The propulsion systems of these UFOs could harness quantum energy to transition between different states within their superposition, allowing them to change size, shape, and configuration at will. This manipulation of quantum energy enables the craft to perform incredible maneuvers and morphological transformations.
Interdimensional Travel:
Additionally, these craft might exploit quantum entanglement or quantum tunneling to access alternate dimensions or spacetime regions. When doing so, they navigate through the quantum fabric of reality, allowing for rapid shifts in spatial dimensions that transcend our conventional understanding of space.
Human-Non-Human Interaction:
The intent of the entities controlling these craft could serve as a variable that influences their appearance. When encountered by humans, these entities may adapt the craft’s three-dimensional configuration based on the contactee’s consciousness, beliefs, and expectations, further blurring the line between observer and observed.
In this theory, fully three-dimensional UFO craft are not constrained by fixed physical forms but are quantum entities capable of existing in a multitude of spatial configurations. Their appearance and behavior are intricately linked to the act of observation, collapsing their quantum superposition into a specific state. This perspective offers a novel explanation for the seemingly limitless capabilities of UFOs and their ability to challenge our understanding of three-dimensional space.

Testing the Hypothesis : UFO’s as Quantum Phenomena
High Frequency Waves:
If UFO phenomena are indeed quantum in nature, high-frequency waves associated with their energy signatures may exhibit unique characteristics that differ from conventional sources. Yet, spectral analyzers are readily available and data of radio activity during UAP events already exists. While the specific types of high-frequency waves would depend on the underlying quantum processes, here are some possibilities to consider:
Quantum Emission Signatures:
If UFOs harness quantum phenomena for propulsion or energy generation, they might emit high-frequency electromagnetic waves that correspond to quantum transitions or fluctuations. These emissions could span a wide range of frequencies, including radio waves, microwaves, and even X-rays or gamma rays, depending on the nature of the quantum processes involved. Certain phenomena can generate specific electromagnetic frequencies as part of their quantum processes. If UFOs are indeed quantum entities or involve quantum processes, it’s conceivable that they could emit distinct frequencies, such as 1.6 GHz, as part of these processes.
Modulated Frequencies:
Quantum systems can exhibit rapid and complex fluctuations in their energy states. UFOs might emit high-frequency waves with irregular or modulated patterns, indicating the dynamic nature of their quantum energy sources. These modulations could occur across various parts of the electromagnetic spectrum.
Resonance Effects:
Quantum systems often resonate at specific frequencies related to their energy levels. UFOs might emit high-frequency waves that correspond to quantum resonances within their propulsion or energy systems. Detecting resonance-related signatures could provide insights into the underlying quantum mechanics.
Sudden Bursts:
Quantum phenomena can manifest as abrupt and spontaneous events. High-frequency wave emissions from UFOs might occur as sudden bursts or spikes in intensity, resembling transient signals that are not characteristic of typical human-made technologies.
Relative Coolness:
In order to maintain coherence for a quantum system computers that utilize quantum technology must be kept just at a temperature near absolute zero. Thus, we would expect objects utilizing this technology to operate at a lower temperature. This may explain why UAP objects traveling at high speeds may seem cooler than the air around it, when recorded by thermal cameras.
Entanglement-Induced Waves:
If UFOs involve quantum entanglement in their operation, they might emit high-frequency waves that are correlated with other quantum entities or events. Detecting entanglement-induced wave patterns could indicate a connection between UFOs and quantum phenomena.
Frequency Shifts:
Quantum systems can exhibit frequency shifts when transitioning between energy states. Observing high-frequency wave emissions with noticeable frequency shifts over short time intervals might suggest quantum interactions or changes within the UFO.
Nonlinear Effects:
Quantum superposition and entanglement can lead to nonlinear effects in wave emissions. UFOs might emit high-frequency waves with nonlinear features, such as harmonic generation or frequency mixing, which could distinguish them from conventional sources
Quantum Transitions:
Quantum transitions involving particles or systems can result in the emission of photons at particular frequencies. These emissions are characteristic of quantum phenomena. The 1.6 GHz frequency observed in UFO events might be indicative of a specific quantum transition relevant to their operation.
Entanglement and Coherence:
Quantum entanglement and coherence can lead to synchronized behaviors between entangled particles or systems. If UFOs are utilizing quantum entanglement, the emission of a consistent frequency like 1.6 GHz across multiple events could suggest coherence among the quantum states within the UFO system.
Existing spectral analysis files could be examined for these key markers utilizing customized software, software settings, applications and/or AI.
Conclusion
By applying the theory of quantum superposition to paranormal and UFO-related phenomena, we gain a unified perspective that transcends traditional explanations. These occurrences become manifestations of the quantum world’s complexity, where human consciousness plays a pivotal role in shaping the nature of these experiences. Just as quantum particles reveal their properties through measurement, so too do these phenomena unfold when observed by the conscious observer, bridging the gap between the mysterious and the quantum realm.
Appendix/Working Notes:
Key points to consider:
The system is malleable.
The system can be manipulated or directed by an unknown intelligence, consciousness, entity or technology
The system is subject to user inputs
Some users are more sensitive to this system than others
The sensitivity of the user can be influenced by psychological conditions
The sensitivity of the user is influenced by proximity to the energy (haunted locations, UFO hotspots…an energy containing the many possibilities of an encounter UFO, Apparition, Entity as we well as the effects Healing, Injury, Abduction.)
Example: The Miracle at Fatima – 10’s of thousands of people, 10’s of thousands of different experiences and effects. Theory: they were hit with this energy that contained all of these possibilities and a direction from an entity – the experiences were then interpreted with input from the user, yielding the various outcomes.
Fully material UAP craft or entities might be the product of this process. They may have required a human to make them fully material. Thus, indicating why humans are so important to the phenomenon, and why the phenomenon has changed its appearance over time (from faerie to alien).
The people who were interacting with the system began creating different things (when they encountered the energy) from the endless possibilities resulting from encountering an energy capable of quantum superposition.
The original “blueprints” created by humans would still be a part of that energy. Blueprints created by our ancestors of creatures from their folklore. Thus, the phenomenon could still access those blueprints and appear as things like a “dogman” as it already had the blueprint. Potentially, it could access things from our future as blueprints as well. Which may explain the tic-tac craft we see now, and why they resemble our science fiction. We made them.
Back to our analogy of two fingers. One dipped into one side of the pool and the other dipped into the other side of the pool. The resulting overlap of the waves would represent superposition. In UFO encounters, it seems as though some encounters with the system are random, as if the “user” entered the system and encountered superposition.
Other encounters seem as though the “user” dipped one finger into the pool, and another intelligence dipped in the other finger. The resulting overlap is the encounter.

Speculative: Quantum Emissions
If we were to use and analyze existing spectral data from UAP encounters in order to look for Quantum Emissions, it would require speculating on what a quantum emission might look like which involves making educated guesses based on quantum principles and their potential manifestation in electromagnetic emissions. Keep in mind that these are speculative hypotheses, and the actual emissions, if they exist, would require empirical validation.
Coherent Photon Emissions:
Quantum entanglement or superposition within UFOs may lead to the emission of coherent photons at specific frequencies.
These emissions could manifest as sharp, discrete spectral lines in the electromagnetic spectrum.
The frequencies of these lines could be unusual or distinct from known natural sources.
Polarization-Dependent Emissions:
Quantum processes within UFOs might result in polarized emissions.
Spectral data could reveal patterns of polarization, indicating the quantum nature of the emissions.
These patterns may change dynamically, suggesting quantum state transitions.
Emissions at Non-Classical Frequencies:
Quantum phenomena often involve energy transitions that don’t conform to classical physics.
The emissions could occur at frequencies that deviate from what would be expected based on classical electromagnetic radiation patterns.
Unconventional frequencies, such as fractional values or irrational numbers, might be observed.
Entangled Photon Pairs:
Quantum entanglement could lead to the simultaneous emission of photon pairs with correlated properties.
Spectral data might reveal dual peaks or emissions occurring at pairs of closely related frequencies.
These correlated emissions could be indicative of entanglement.
Spectral Modulations and Interference Patterns:
Quantum processes may result in complex spectral modulations or interference patterns.
The spectral data might exhibit sinusoidal or oscillatory patterns, indicating quantum interference effects.
The frequencies of these patterns could be related to specific quantum phenomena within the UFO.
Non-Exponential Decay Signatures:
Quantum systems often exhibit non-exponential decay of excited states.
Emission data might show non-standard decay profiles, deviating from exponential decay curves seen in classical processes.
This could be indicative of quantum transitions and coherence.
Temporal Correlations:
Quantum processes can result in temporal correlations between emissions.
Spectral data could reveal emissions that are temporally correlated, suggesting quantum behaviors within the UFO.
The correlations may be unexpected based on classical physics.
Speculative: Quantum Field Generator
Hypothetically, if a quantum field/gravity generator were possible and in use by an advanced civilization, we can speculate on what it might accomplish.
Quantum Cloaking:
The quantum field generator could manipulate local quantum fields to achieve a form of cloaking, rendering the UAP effectively invisible to conventional detection methods. By bending light or other electromagnetic waves around the craft, it could evade radar, visual observation, and even spectral analysis.
Instantaneous Displacement:
Leveraging principles of quantum entanglement or superposition, the generator might enable instantaneous displacement of the UAP across vast distances. This would explain the sudden appearance and disappearance commonly reported in UAP sightings.
Dimensional Manipulation:
The generator could potentially access other dimensions or alternate realities, allowing the UAP to phase in and out of our spacetime. This would account for the reported ability of UAP to defy known physics and seemingly violate the laws of motion.
Energy Source:
The quantum field generator might harness quantum energy sources, where quantum fluctuations or vacuum energy serve as a boundless reservoir of power. This could explain the longevity and endurance of UAP during encounters.
Quantum Communication:
Advanced communication systems linked to the generator could operate through quantum entanglement, ensuring instantaneous and secure communication across vast distances.
Interdimensional Effects:
The generator’s operation could produce unique electromagnetic emissions or quantum signatures that are detectable during UAP encounters. These emissions might include entangled photons, exotic spectral patterns, or non-classical electromagnetic phenomena.
Temporal Manipulation:
The UAP’s temporal behavior, such as time dilation or apparent time travel, could be facilitated by the manipulation of quantum fields, altering the local spacetime metric.
As mentioned above harmonics could be employed to specify the effects of the quantum field.
Incorporating harmonics into advanced technology, such as a hypothetical “quantum field or gravity generator” associated with UAP or UFO phenomena, could be a means to achieve specific effects or capabilities. Harmonics, which refer to multiples of a fundamental frequency, are known to play important roles in various physical and electromagnetic phenomena. If harmonics are present in order to produce this effect we could gather data.
If this technology is being employed it could be used to the following effect:
Energy Resonance:
The technology could exploit harmonics to resonate with specific energy levels within quantum systems or the vacuum itself. By matching the harmonic frequencies to the resonant frequencies of quantum states, it might efficiently extract energy from the quantum vacuum, serving as a nearly limitless power source.
Stealth and Invisibility:
Harmonics could be employed to manipulate electromagnetic signatures. By generating specific harmonic frequencies, the technology might cancel out or mask the UAP’s electromagnetic emissions, making it virtually invisible to conventional sensors.
Warping Spacetime:
Harmonics could play a role in spacetime manipulation. By inducing harmonic vibrations in spacetime itself, the technology might create localized distortions that enable rapid propulsion or even create wormholes or shortcuts in spacetime.
Dimensional Shifting:
Harmonics could facilitate transitions between different dimensions or alternate realities. By tuning harmonic frequencies to specific dimensional resonances, the technology might enable dimensional shifts, explaining the apparent disappearance or re-appearance of UAP.
Communication:
Harmonic frequencies could be used for secure and instantaneous communication. By entangling particles or information with specific harmonic properties, the technology might establish communication channels that are immune to interception or eavesdropping.
Time Manipulation:
Harmonics might be employed to control the perception of time. By modulating harmonic frequencies, the technology could create localized time dilation or contraction, affecting the passage of time within the vicinity of the UAP.
