We break down the barriers to understanding the UAP phenomenon, emphasizing the Dogma Firewall and Digital Cage. The former restricts belief systems, while the latter suppresses data through surveillance and media control. To advance inquiry, it advocates for memory preservation, diversified perception, de-dogmatization of language, and public empowerment in critical thinking.
Every civilization builds walls around what it dares to know. In our time those walls have names: the Digital Cage and the Dogma Firewall. The first, a network of political and corporate control that manages what can be seen; the second, a psychological architecture that governs what can be believed. Together they form the perfect containment field for whatever we call the UAP phenomenon.
I. The Dogma Firewall — Belief as Defense Mechanism
For clarity: by Dogma I mean any closed explanatory loop—religious, scientific, or cultural—that interprets new data only in ways that preserve itself. The UAP, treated as an adaptive intelligence or Reactive Interface, exploits those loops.
Scientific orthodoxy insists that what cannot be replicated cannot be real.
Religious literalism translates every anomaly into angel or demon.
Pop culture trivializes the whole affair as entertainment.
Three boxes, one result: the truth—non-local, symbolic, multidimensional—cannot occupy any of them. The Firewall works perfectly because it uses our need for certainty as its code.
II. The Digital Cage — How Power Amplifies Dogma
Richard Thieme described the Cage as the oligarchy’s global feedback system: surveillance, privatization, and narrative control. It does not need to invent new deceptions; it only has to amplify the Dogma Firewall already in place.
Oligarchic Tool
Dogma Amplified
The Lock
Corporate Black Box – defense privatization of genuine UAP data
Scientific dogma: only repeatable phenomena count.
Data moves into trade-secret vaults. Non-repeatable = classified = gone.
Media Concentration – 90 % of narrative through a handful of conglomerates
Ridicule dogma: only fools see UFOs.
Every real witness drowned in hoax noise.
Whistleblower Retribution
Authority dogma: truth flows downward.
The cost of dissent becomes ruin; inquiry self-censors.
The result is an elegant symmetry: internal belief systems suppress comprehension while external power systems suppress data. The Phenomenon’s secrecy needs no conspiracy; it co-opts the machinery we already built.
III. Updating the Lineage — From Keel to Thieme to Fortean Winds

Reactive Interface
The UAP is participatory: it reflects our beliefs back at us. Secrecy is mutual—a pact between human control and non-human adaptation.
IV. The Blindspot and the Opportunity
The dominant institutions are not guarding national security; they are guarding conceptual stability. They know, perhaps dimly, that full disclosure would detonate the operating myths of economics, theology, and science simultaneously. Hence the “real bird” of UAP knowledge—if released—must still land in their hand.
To study the phenomenon, we must therefore study the system that forbids study. The breakthrough will not come from one more leaked video but from dismantling the feedback loop that teaches us which questions are “reasonable.”
V. Bypassing the Cage
Bypassing is not rebellion; it is calibration.
Preserve memory. Archive data before it is monetized or erased.
Diversify perception. Use independent sensors, open-source analytics, and citizen labs.
De-dogmatize language. Treat “ET,” “hallucination,” and “spiritual” as provisional metaphors, not final answers.
Hold institutions accountable but resist paranoia—the goal is transparency, not another cult of secrecy.
Teach discernment. Give the public the tools of chain-of-custody and metadata literacy. The antidote to the Cage is competence.
Epilogue: The Task of Fortean Winds
Our work is not to prove the UAP real. Reality will manage that on its own schedule. Our work is to make inquiry possible again.
If the Digital Cage controls what can be seen, and the Dogma Firewall controls what can be believed, then the only free space left is the narrow edge between them. That is where Fortean Winds stands—testing locks, mapping cracks, and reminding anyone who listens that mystery is not the enemy of truth, only its next horizon.
At Fortean Winds, we propose that paranormal phenomena, such as Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) and the Hitchhiker Effect, may stem from quantum interactions. The CIA’s secret investigations validated EVP’s existence, suggesting that these anomalies could reveal deeper truths about reality, challenging existing scientific skepticism and prompting further exploration into the unknown.
At Fortean Winds, we’ve long believed that paranormal phenomena aren’t merely superstition—they’re misunderstood aspects of reality awaiting scientific understanding. During our review of an old report, we found revelations from declassified CIA research into Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) that offers groundbreaking support for our quantum-focused hypothesis, notably aligning with the strange and pervasive “Hitchhiker Effect.”
CIA’s Secret EVP Research: What Did They Discover?
The CIA’s investigation into EVPs—anomalous voices recorded without any identifiable physical source—was conducted under rigorous scientific conditions. Utilizing electromagnetic shielding (Faraday cages), acoustic isolation chambers, sensitive microphones, and meticulous frequency analyses, their studies repeatedly documented voices exhibiting clear linguistic structure, emotional inflections, and intelligent interaction patterns. Crucially, these voices persisted despite rigorous isolation methods designed explicitly to eliminate fraud, external interference, or equipment malfunction.
These anomalous findings strongly support the existence of genuine phenomena historically classified as “paranormal.” Yet, intriguingly, the CIA never publicly acknowledged these results, leaving behind only quietly archived documents.
Bridging EVP and the Hitchhiker Effect
The CIA’s documented evidence mirrors another phenomenon Fortean Winds extensively investigates: the Hitchhiker Effect. Individuals experiencing close encounters with unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) frequently report subsequent paranormal experiences—anomalies seemingly “attached” or entangled with them long after the initial event.
Historical records, from Kenneth Arnold’s seminal UFO sighting to modern encounters at Skinwalker Ranch, demonstrate a consistent pattern. Witnesses experience lasting anomalies, from poltergeist-like disturbances to inexplicable auditory phenomena remarkably similar to EVPs. These subsequent experiences often spread to close associates, behaving almost contagiously, suggesting a deeper connection to quantum entanglement theories.
The Quantum Hypothesis: EVP and Paranormal Contagion
At Fortean Winds, we posit that these phenomena—EVPs and the Hitchhiker Effect alike—arise from quantum-level interactions. Intense paranormal encounters could cause entanglement between individuals and an unknown quantum field, creating lasting links manifesting as subsequent anomalous experiences.
Quantum entanglement, a scientifically recognized phenomenon where particles remain connected regardless of distance, aligns closely with the CIA’s EVP research. The persistence of anomalous voices despite controlled isolation suggests non-local quantum interactions rather than traditional electromagnetic or acoustic phenomena.
Implications: A New Understanding of Paranormal Reality
The alignment between CIA findings, the Hitchhiker Effect, and quantum theory is more than coincidental. It suggests our world might inherently operate with quantum complexity at a macroscopic scale we have yet to fully understand. The CIA’s quiet recognition of these phenomena challenges skepticism, paving the way for scientific inquiry into areas once dismissed as superstition.
The Fortean Call to Action
The question remains open: if the CIA once secretly recognized anomalous phenomena like EVPs, how much more might our reality hold beyond current scientific comprehension? Fortean Winds invites researchers, experiencers, and open-minded skeptics alike to reconsider the boundaries of what’s possible.
By uncovering these quantum echoes, we might just uncover deeper truths about reality itself.
The report examines the correlation between UAP sightings and ancient tunnel systems using robust data analysis. It found significant clustering of sightings near tunnels, suggesting potential connections to cryptoterrestrial activity. Additionally, lunar phases showed moderate associations, while no links were identified with fault lines or magnetic anomalies, narrowing future research focus.
Author’s Note: You’ll notice a number of articles like this on the site in which we use AI or LLMs to perform some in-depth analysis. When we do this, we usually work with the machine to write the report. Sometimes we go back and add color, but lately I try not to do that.
When I use the machine to write I prefer to write a long author’s note like this and keep the report clearly the report. It’s not right to say it’s all AI. This report took me about 8 hours or so…granted…just two years ago it would have taken two days and two people…
I don’t mind the machine writing down the results. It’s a calculator, we don’t rewrite our calculator’s results, but it’s not so good at adding the color. So, let me add the color.
This report is really exploring the Cryptoterrestrial hypothesis. Which we at Fortean Winds feel strongly is one component of a larger, complex phenomenon.
Within the Cryptoterrestrial hypothesis, the subterranean connection to UAP is often discussed, and we wondered if we could find a data-driven connection….we did.
What I find interesting about these studies we do is that we try to use the most solid source data available, and in this case, we have great publicly available data. Thus, the results feel pretty solid to us.
This study shows there is a correlation between ancient tunnel systems (such as Cahokia) and UAP sightings (NUFORC data). The correlation looks even stronger when we compare it to the analysis we ran at the end of the report which showed weak to no correlations.
The other correlation we found approaching statistical significance is that there are a higher amount of UAP sightings during full and new moon phases, and higher frequency in Spring and Summer.
The accomanying negative results are interesting.
There is often a curiousity (I know we were curious) about a connection between fault lines and sightings, but this dataset showed little.
That’s interesting. Tells us where to look…and where to not look.
Also, while we still suspect a strong correlation to magnetism. This particular study showed little.
Analysis: This correlation is supportive of the Cryptoterrestrial hypothesis as we ran the same tests against cave systems in general and there wasn’t a correlation.
Meaning there IS a correlation around tunnels systems ancient people made but not caves in general.
So, if it were an underground species one would think the correlation would exist in all subterranean spaces. Not just the ones around ancient sites.
I think we should look into some ancient tunnels…but you decide.
Objective
This report examines the hypothesis of a connection between Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) sightings and underground systems, particularly tunnel networks. Through a data-driven approach, we explore whether UAP sightings correlate with subterranean structures, geophysical features, and celestial timing.
Uncovering Patterns in UAP Activity
Our research aimed to answer a fundamental question: Are UAP sightings correlated with underground features and specific geographic patterns?
Data and Methodology
Our analysis relied on publicly available datasets and geospatial tools:
UAP Sightings: The National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) dataset, containing over 80,000 reported sightings globally, formed the foundation of this study.
Geophysical Features:
Tunnels: We compiled data on historical and modern tunnel systems, focusing on known sites in the continental United States (CONUS).
Karst Regions and Mining Sites: Geospatial data on caves and mining operations were sourced from the US Geological Survey (USGS).
Fault Lines and Magnetic Anomalies: Data from USGS and the World Magnetic Model.
Celestial Timing:
Lunar phases from NASA SKYCAL.
Meteor shower peaks from TimeandDate.com.
Tools and Techniques:
Geographic Information System (GIS) analysis for spatial correlations.
Machine learning models (Random Forest) to identify predictive patterns.
Key Findings
1. Tunnels: The Strongest Correlation
UAP sightings consistently showed tight clustering near tunnels, with an average proximity of ~4 km in hotspot regions like the Midwest and Southeast.
Spatial clustering metrics (mean neighbor distance ~4.31 km) further validated tunnels as a significant feature associated with sightings.
Interpretation: Tunnels may act as conduits for electromagnetic phenomena, attractors for natural or cryptoterrestrial activity, or simply regions with heightened environmental sensitivity.
Distribution of UAP Sightings’ Distances to Tunnels, Fortean Winds (2025)
2. Karst Regions and Mining Sites: Weak Correlation
Despite initial interest, UAP sightings showed no significant clustering near karst regions or mining sites.
The average distance (~25 km) was comparable to other geophysical features like fault lines and magnetic anomalies.
Interpretation: While these regions may host environmental anomalies, their role in UAP activity appears secondary.
Feature Imporatance in Predicting UAP Sightings, Fortean Winds (2025)
3. Fault Lines and Magnetic Anomalies: No Correlation
Statistical testing ruled out significant relationships:
Fault lines: Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.05.
Magnetic anomalies: Chi-square p-value of 0.80.
Interpretation: While these features have been hypothesized to generate electromagnetic activity, their influence on UAP sightings was unsupported in this study.
Mean Neighbor Distance for UAP Sightings by Geophysical Feature, Fortean Winds (2025)
4. Temporal and Celestial Patterns
Lunar Phases: Moderate clustering during Full Moon and New Moon phases, with a chi-square p-value of 0.145 (approaching significance).
Meteor Showers: Limited alignment, with no statistically significant clustering.
Seasonality: Sightings peaked during Spring and Summer, likely influenced by environmental conditions or observational factors.
Interpretation: Gravitational or atmospheric factors may play a secondary role, amplifying subterranean activity during key celestial events.
UAP Sightings During Lunar Phases, Fortean Winds (2025)
5. Latitude as a Predictor
Latitude emerged as the strongest geographic predictor in Random Forest modeling, suggesting UAP activity clusters within specific latitudinal bands, particularly in the CONUS region.
Interpretation: Latitude could correlate with environmental or observational factors, or even ancient migration routes of potential cryptoterrestrial entities.
Discussion
Tunnels and the Cryptoterrestrial Hypothesis
The strongest insight from our analysis is the clustering of UAP sightings near tunnels. This aligns with theories that underground systems might serve as:
Shelters or Bases: Hidden zones for cryptoterrestrial beings or advanced technologies.
Electromagnetic Conduits: Natural pathways for phenomena related to UAP activity.
Cultural or Historical Markers: Sites with ancient significance that may draw attention.
Negative Results Narrow the Focus
Negative findings for fault lines, magnetic anomalies, and mining sites help refine our understanding, allowing us to focus on tunnels and latitude as primary factors.
Latitude and Celestial Timing
Latitude’s predictive power suggests geographic clustering that could reflect environmental or observational factors. Celestial timing, particularly lunar phases, offers intriguing leads that may amplify or coincide with subterranean phenomena.
UAP Sightings by Month, Fortean Winds (2025)
Conclusion
This study provides compelling evidence that UAP sightings cluster near tunnel systems and exhibit patterns tied to latitude and celestial timing. While negative results for other geophysical features refine the scope, tunnels remain the most promising feature for further investigation. Future research should focus on:
High-resolution mapping of tunnel systems in UAP hotspots.
Field studies during predicted celestial events.
Integration of additional geophysical and temporal data to test the cryptoterrestrial hypothesis.
We had to focus on CONUS as those are the locations we had the best data to prove the strongest correlations. Yet, it would be interesting to see these exercises repeated in other countries. Please let us know what you find.
Geographic Ditribution of Sightings Across CONUS, Fortean Winds (2025)Scatter Plot of UAP Sightings Across CONU, Fortean Winds (2025)
We’ve previously discussed the importance of latitude to UAP sightings and we found a very interesting connection and a specific latitude band with unusually high frequency. As you can see by the distribution chart above (the blue and red dots) there are certain bands of latitude with higher frequency.
AND it has an unusual amount of incidents of Ancient Tunnel plus UAP sightings.
That latitude band is between 35 and 45 degrees.
UAP Sightings by Latitude Bands, Fortean Winds (2025)
Clustering in Specific Latitude Bands:
Sightings are not uniformly distributed across all latitude bands. There are noticeable peaks in specific bands, suggesting geographical preferences or clustering of UAP activity.
These bands often encompass regions with significant human activity, infrastructure, or unique geophysical features (e.g., karst regions, fault lines).
Possible Environmental or Human Factors:
The clustering of sightings in certain latitude bands may be influenced by proximity to tunnels or other infrastructure that acts as attractors or observation points. It could also correlate with population density or areas with higher sky visibility (e.g., rural areas free from light pollution).
Geophysical anomalies, such as fault lines or karst regions, might also contribute to heightened activity in these bands.
Proximity to Tunnels and Other Features:
When combined with the data on proximity to tunnels (from earlier charts), there may be overlap between latitude bands with high sightings and areas near tunnels. This could indicate a deeper connection between geophysical features and UAP activity.
Furthermore, when we analyze the entire dataset for higher frequency latitude bands (all NUFORC sightings through time in CONUS) we do see the same pattern and the same distribution. Below is a summary of a latitude analyis of all NUFORC sightings in CONUS.
Latitude Band Analysis of UAP Sightings
Analysis of the enhanced UAP dataset reveals significant clustering of sightings across specific latitude bands. Notably, the 40–45° latitude band exhibits the highest frequency of sightings, accounting for approximately 23% of all reported UAP incidents. This region covers key areas of the continental United States, including parts of the northern Midwest and Northeast, which are characterized by high population density, transportation infrastructure, and potentially relevant geophysical features.
Further, the latitude bands spanning 35–45° collectively represent nearly half of all sightings, reinforcing the hypothesis that these regions exhibit a disproportionate amount of UAP activity. Factors such as environmental anomalies, tunnel proximity, and observational conditions in these areas may contribute to the clustering.
This finding aligns with patterns observed in historical datasets and underscores the need for further geospatial and temporal analysis within these prominent latitude zones.
A total of 506 sightings within 50 km of tunnels is statistically robust, providing enough data points for meaningful analysis and reliable conclusions.
Descriptive Statistics:
The results showed reasonable variation in distances, with a mean distance of ~25.4 km and a maximum of just under 50 km, confirming the dataset matches the defined threshold.
Clustering Evidence:
Previous clustering metrics indicated that tunnels consistently showed tighter proximity and clustering of UAP sightings compared to other geophysical features.
Negative Results for Other Features:
The lack of significant clustering around fault lines, magnetic anomalies, and karst regions strengthens the focus on tunnels as a unique feature.
Replicability:
The analysis used clear thresholds (50 km proximity) and relied on validated data sources (NUFORC, USGS), ensuring replicability by other researchers.

1. Introduction
Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) sightings in New Jersey have a long history. While many can be attributed to natural or human-made causes, others defy explanation. Following a surge of reports in New Jersey identified as potential “unidentified drones,” it is imperative to analyze historical UAP activity to better understand these phenomena and their implications.
The current analysis focuses on:
Historical UAP activity across New Jersey.
Specific high-activity areas linked to recent reports.
Insights into temporal and geospatial patterns.
2. Methodology
This study utilized data from the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC), which cataloged UAP sightings until 2023. Sightings were filtered for New Jersey and analyzed across the following dimensions:
Temporal Analysis: Identifying trends by month and hour.

These proximities suggest potential links to strategic locations.
Reported UAP Shapes In New Jersey (Fortean Winds, 2024)
3.3 UAP Characteristics
Commonly reported shapes include “Light,” “Circle,” and “Triangle.”
Sightings range from brief appearances (5 seconds) to prolonged encounters (several minutes or recurring nightly phenomena).
Behaviors such as hovering, rapid directional changes, and silent operation were frequently noted.
3.4 Anomalies
Certain cases report features inconsistent with known drone or aircraft behaviors, such as speeds exceeding conventional limits or erratic motion patterns.
4. Discussion
The clustering of UAP sightings near sensitive military and strategic sites raises important questions about potential surveillance, testing, or other activities. While many sightings can be attributed to drones, a subset exhibits characteristics that warrant further investigation.
Key findings include:
Persistent hotspots in areas like Brick, NJ (near McGuire AFB), suggest recurring UAP activity unrelated to seasonal variations. Hotspots are identified in the table in the appendix.
Temporal clustering at night aligns with the use of light-emitting drones or unknown aerial technologies.
Proximity to strategic sites highlights the need for enhanced monitoring and airspace management.

5. Recommendations
Enhanced Monitoring: Deploy real-time monitoring systems in hotspot areas.
Public Reporting Campaign: Encourage standardized public reporting to improve data quality.
Scientific Collaboration: Involve aerospace experts to evaluate anomalies.
Policy Development: Establish protocols for investigating UAP near sensitive sites.
Instrumentation Reports: Utilize infra-red and thermal cameras to obtain images and display the images to public where analysts can gain further insights.
UAP display characteristic behavior when viewed by thermal cameras (lack of heat signature). This data point would exclude most drones.
A lack of heat signature would be one indication we are dealing with UAP. Another would be the electromagentic field effects demonstrated by the craft.
This can be obtained by law enforcement through the use of readily available SDR or a dedicated device. Report the following for further analysis.
Frequency Sweep: Scan across a range of frequencies to identify active signals.
Signal Detection: Detect and decode various types of signals (e.g., AM, FM, digital).

Additional Data Relevant to the Analysis and the Area
Remote viewing, originating during the Cold War, offers insight beyond physical perception, linking it to unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) and paranormal activity. The connections suggest shared mechanisms related to consciousness and reality. This exploration invites further investigation into these anomalies and their implications for understanding our existence and the universe’s nature.
1. Introduction: A Meeting of Mysteries
Remote viewing emerged as an experimental tool for intelligence gathering during the Cold War. It offered the tantalizing prospect of transcending the limitations of physical perception, allowing trained individuals to access hidden or distant information through extrasensory means. While skeptics often dismiss such practices as pseudoscience, remote viewing has found enduring interest among those exploring the fringes of human potential.
Its implications, however, stretch beyond clandestine operations. Recent discussions have pointed to intriguing overlaps between remote viewing, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs), and paranormal activity. These intersections are not coincidental. They suggest the possibility of a shared underlying mechanism—one tied to the mysteries of consciousness, perception, and non-local reality.
The connections between these phenomena are compelling. Like remote viewing, UAPs and paranormal events challenge our understanding of physical laws and human awareness. From reports of alien craft glimpsed through remote viewing sessions to claims of psychic encounters with spirits or entities, these phenomena hint at a broader framework of interrelated anomalies. This article explores these connections, posing the question: Could remote viewing serve as a bridge, not only to hidden earthly truths but to dimensions and realities beyond our own?
2. Remote Viewing and UAPs: Exploring the Unknown
The historical overlap between remote viewing and UAP phenomena began with government-funded experiments like the Stargate Project. During these experiments, remote viewers were occasionally tasked with attempting to observe UFOs or extraterrestrial encounters. Declassified CIA documents reveal attempts to use remote viewing to investigate the presence of extraterrestrial structures on Mars or to explore purported alien craft.
One notable example involved remote viewer Joe McMoneagle, who claimed to perceive a massive, pyramid-like structure on Mars, dating back thousands of years. Whether interpreted as metaphorical or literal, such experiences hint at an underlying connection between the consciousness accessed in remote viewing and the unexplained phenomena surrounding UAPs.
Pat Price claimed to view a pyramid in Alaska in which he saw humans working along non-human entities.
Modern UAP studies provide additional layers of intrigue. UAPs often demonstrate behaviors that defy conventional physics, such as abrupt acceleration, hovering without propulsion, or even apparent cloaking capabilities. Some theorists suggest that these anomalies might result from advanced technologies manipulating dimensions or frequencies, potentially operating within a framework similar to that exploited by remote viewing.
Remote viewers today continue to focus on UAPs, seeking to decode their purpose, origins, or even occupants. Reports from these sessions frequently describe encounters with glowing orbs, structured craft, or entities that are either humanoid or entirely alien. These experiences suggest that the phenomenon may interact with consciousness itself, inviting speculation that UAPs, like remote viewing, tap into a universal field of awareness.
3. Remote Viewing and Paranormal Phenomena
Paranormal experiences often mirror the principles of remote viewing: perceiving entities or events beyond the reach of ordinary senses. Remote viewers have described encountering ghostly apparitions, shadowy figures, or even hearing disembodied voices during their sessions. In some cases, they report perceiving entire environments that align with descriptions of “haunted” locations.
Consider the accounts of viewers who targeted historically significant sites known for paranormal activity. Descriptions often matched documented phenomena such as unexplained cold spots, residual sounds, or the presence of “energy fields” suggestive of spiritual entities. These overlaps raise the possibility that remote viewing operates within the same metaphysical space as paranormal events, accessing realms or dimensions where such phenomena exist.
Interestingly, many paranormal hotspots—like Skinwalker Ranch in Utah—show a blend of paranormal and UAP activity. Witnesses have described encountering cryptids, glowing orbs, and poltergeist-like activity in these areas. Remote viewers tasked with exploring these locations sometimes report visualizing energy patterns or interdimensional doorways, concepts that echo both spiritual beliefs and modern theoretical physics.
4. The Unified Field of the Unknown
What might explain these connections between remote viewing, UAPs, and paranormal phenomena? One possibility is that all three are manifestations of a singular phenomenon: the interaction between consciousness and a non-physical reality.
Theoretical models like the quantum field theory or holographic universe hypothesis provide potential frameworks for understanding these interactions. If consciousness exists beyond the brain as a field or wave, it could interact with other forms of non-local energy or intelligence. This might explain why remote viewers sometimes encounter UAPs or spirits—they are tuning into the same underlying reality.
Alternatively, the interdimensional hypothesis suggests that UAPs and paranormal entities exist in parallel dimensions and that remote viewing represents a method of briefly accessing those dimensions. The lack of material evidence for these phenomena could result from their transient or “non-physical” nature.
Finally, some researchers propose that these experiences are co-created, influenced by the intentions and beliefs of the observer. This aligns with findings from parapsychology, where the observer effect—familiar in quantum mechanics—is believed to shape paranormal or psychic outcomes.
5. Conclusion: A Journey Worth Exploring
Remote viewing, UAPs, and paranormal phenomena each challenge our understanding of reality. When examined together, they suggest a tantalizing possibility: that humanity is on the brink of uncovering deeper truths about consciousness and its role in shaping the universe.
Far from being isolated mysteries, these phenomena may represent interconnected aspects of a larger, unified framework. Remote viewing could be the key to understanding not just distant locations or objects, but the very nature of reality itself. The connections to UAPs and paranormal activity hint at dimensions yet to be explored—both within and beyond human perception.
By embracing these mysteries, we take the first steps toward integrating them into scientific inquiry and cultural understanding. The journey is as much about expanding the boundaries of knowledge as it is about questioning the limits we impose on what is possible.
The paper “UFO Evidence 1964” analyzes historical UFO sightings and draws parallels with contemporary reports, highlighting the consistency of government awareness. It discusses diverse witness accounts, including military and civilian observations, and emphasizes unexplained electromagnetic effects linked to sightings. The findings call for renewed congressional and academic attention on UFO phenomena.
The paper titled “UFO Evidence 1964” is a comprehensive report that presents an analysis of Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) sightings and related phenomena.
What we find most surprising (or unsuprising) at Fortean Winds is how closely this report resembles the Pentagon’s Preliminary Assesment of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. We find the NICAP report released in 1964 describes all of the same objects, characteristics and behaviors described in the Pentagon’s report.
Indicating whatever is evidencing advanced flight characteristics today was documented doing the same by the government which is now publicly, “supposedly” wondering if those same objects are hostile drones. That doesn’t make a whole lot of sense does it?
The NICAP 1964 report reveals that modern-day discussions on UFO phenomena mirror those from decades past. It emphasizes that these objects are not a new phenomenon, and governments have long been aware of their existence, yet have actively kept this knowledge from the public.

Maneuvers: Common maneuvers included hovering or very slow motion followed by sudden rapid acceleration, circling and pacing human vehicles, UFOs rendezvousing and operating together, and satellite objects associated with larger UFOs.
“Portholes”: Many UFOs seen at close range displayed features like “portholes” or “windows,” with markings arranged in straight lines or circular patterns, often along the major axis of the UFO.
Electromagnetic Field Effects
The document details numerous instances where UFO sightings were accompanied by electromagnetic effects. These effects included interference with radio and television signals, disruptions in car engines and headlights, and effects on aircraft instrumentation.
Specific cases described situations where the presence of a UFO seemingly caused car engines to stall and headlights to dim or fail. In several instances, these effects were temporary and ceased as soon as the UFO departed.
In a few reported cases, aircraft instruments malfunctioned or behaved erratically during UFO encounters. Pilots reported compasses spinning uncontrollably and navigation systems failing.
Some sightings mentioned a noticeable absence of sound, suggesting an electromagnetic silence or dampening effect in the vicinity of the UFO.
The patterns and electromagnetic effects detailed in the report suggest a level of technological sophistication and consistent behavior across different sightings. These observations have been a significant point of interest and speculation among UFO researchers for more than 100 years.
This report was the most extensive of its day and given its contents, methodology and credibility, a rational person could expect action by Congress and Academia…yet, next to nothing.
The article advocates for a dual-approach in researching Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and paranormal events, blending traditional scientific methods with intelligence analysis. It highlights the limitations of conventional science in addressing these elusive phenomena and proposes integrating interdisciplinary insights and innovative methodologies to foster a comprehensive understanding of such occurrences.
The field of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and paranormal research has gained significant attention, spurred by numerous credible reports and government acknowledgments of the phenomena.
However, the scientific community remains largely skeptical and constrained by methodologies that may not fully address the unique nature of these occurrences. This article proposes that UAP and paranormal research should diverge from mainstream science, adopting a dual-approach: one rooted in traditional scientific methods and the other in intelligence analysis.
The Limitations of Traditional Scientific Methods
Mainstream science relies heavily on the scientific method, which demands observable, measurable, and repeatable data. This approach has undoubtedly been the bedrock of technological and scientific advancement, providing a structured pathway to understanding the natural world. However, when it comes to UAP and paranormal phenomena, this method encounters significant limitations:
Elusive Nature of the Phenomena: UAPs often appear and disappear rapidly, leaving little to no physical evidence. Paranormal activities, too, are notoriously transient and subjective, often defying conventional measurement.
Technological Superiority: If the intelligence behind UAPs is indeed technologically advanced, it could easily evade our current detection and measurement capabilities, rendering traditional scientific tools ineffective.
Lack of Physical Samples: The absence of tangible artifacts or consistent physical evidence poses a significant barrier to traditional scientific investigation, which depends on the analysis of such samples.
Given these constraints, it is imperative to consider an alternative approach that can complement traditional scientific efforts without being hindered by their limitations.
Intelligence Analysis: A Complementary Approach
The field of intelligence analysis, traditionally used in military and security contexts, offers a promising complementary approach to UAP and paranormal research. This method focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand capabilities, features, and intentions, even in the absence of direct physical evidence.
Data Collection and Correlation: Intelligence analysis relies on collecting various forms of data, including eyewitness accounts, radar logs, satellite imagery, and other indirect evidence. By correlating these diverse sources, researchers can identify patterns and anomalies that might not be apparent through conventional scientific methods.
Behavioral Analysis: Understanding the behavior and patterns of UAPs can provide insights into their capabilities and possible intentions. This approach mirrors techniques used in intelligence to anticipate the actions of adversaries based on observed behavior.
Predictive Modeling: By developing models based on historical data and observed patterns, intelligence analysis can help predict future occurrences and potentially guide where and how to focus observational efforts.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Integrating insights from various fields such as psychology, sociology, and even folklore can enrich the analysis, providing a broader understanding of the phenomena beyond just the physical aspects.
The Path Forward: Integrating Science and Intelligence Analysis
While traditional scientific research remains crucial, it is clear that a new branch dedicated to intelligence analysis is necessary to advance our understanding of UAP and paranormal phenomena. This dual-approach ensures that we are not limited by the constraints of our current scientific paradigms but are also not abandoning the rigorous standards of evidence that science demands.
Establishing Research Frameworks: Developing structured methodologies for intelligence analysis in UAP research will provide a framework for systematic investigation, similar to how the scientific method structures traditional research.
Training and Education: Academics and researchers should be trained in intelligence analysis techniques, fostering a new generation of researchers who can bridge the gap between science and intelligence analysis.
Institutional Support: Universities, research institutions, and government agencies need to recognize and support this dual-approach, allocating resources and funding to both scientific and intelligence analysis efforts.
Public Engagement: Transparency and communication with the public are essential to maintain trust and support for research efforts. Engaging with the public through open forums, publications, and media can help demystify the phenomena and the research process.
In conclusion, the unique and often elusive nature of UAP and paranormal phenomena necessitates a bifurcated research approach. By combining traditional scientific methods with intelligence analysis, we can create a robust framework capable of tackling the complexities of these phenomena, ultimately leading to a deeper and more comprehensive understanding. This dual-approach not only respects the rigor of science but also embraces the innovative and adaptive strategies of intelligence analysis, paving the way for breakthroughs in one of the most intriguing fields of modern research.
The article discusses the potential link between the South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA) and increased Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) activity in South America. It highlights ancient tunnels connecting locations like Nazca and Colares, suggesting a relationship between these tunnels and UAP sightings. The SAA’s unique radiation levels may attract UAPs, necessitating further research.
Update: 7/27/2024
We’ve been playing around with mapping ancient tunnel systems (they seem related)…and this article might be mildly wrong. The South American Anomaly might not be the main reason these beings are appearing in this location. Perhaps it’s part of it, but there is a very solid connection in this region between high intensity UAP activity and the ancient tunnels of Peru. As proof we’d submit the following:
Map of known ancient tunnels around the world – Fortean WindsMap of Ancient South American Tunnel System – Fortean Winds
We weren’t looking for this connection when we noticed it, so that made it all the more shocking. These regions are well known for intense and hostile UAP activity, and they’re all connected by these tunnels.

Be great to know more…We’ll dig into this some and get back to you…
Introduction
The South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA) has long been a topic of interest among geophysicists and space scientists due to its unique position where the Earth’s inner Van Allen radiation belt comes closest to the surface. This results in an area with higher-than-normal levels of ionizing radiation. Our research suggests that this anomaly might be linked to increased Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) activity in regions like Peru and Nazca. This article explores this connection, highlighting historical and recent UAP encounters and examining the potential reasons behind this correlation.
The South Atlantic Anomaly: A Brief Overview
The SAA is a region centered off the coast of South America where the Earth’s magnetic field is weaker, allowing more energetic particles from the Sun to penetrate the atmosphere. This results in increased levels of ionizing radiation, which affects satellites, space missions, and even terrestrial electronics.
Historical and Modern UAP Sightings in South America
The Nazca Lines and Peru:
The Nazca Lines, ancient geoglyphs located in southern Peru, have been the center of speculation regarding extraterrestrial activity. These massive designs, visible only from the air, have sparked theories about ancient astronauts and extraterrestrial influence.
Modern reports of UAPs in Peru describe unexplained lights and objects performing extraordinary maneuvers in the sky. These sightings are often reported by locals and have been documented by both amateur and professional researchers.
Brazil and the Colares Incident:
The Colares incident in 1977 is one of the most well-documented UAP encounters in Brazil. Residents of Colares Island reported being attacked by beams of light from UAPs, which caused burns, puncture wounds, and other injuries. These incidents were investigated by the Brazilian Air Force under Operation Prato.
Recent sightings in Brazil continue to report similar phenomena, with lights and objects appearing in the sky and displaying behaviors that defy conventional explanations.
Iquitos Sightings: Local residents in Iquitos, Peru have reported numerous UAP sightings. These include physical attacks, strange hovering objects, and Non-Human encounters. The frequency and nature of these sightings suggest a pattern that correlates with the SAA’s influence.
The Van Allen belt is a zone of energetic charged particles, primarily electrons and protons, that are captured by Earth’s magnetic field. There are two main belts: the inner and the outer Van Allen belts. The inner belt extends from about 1,000 to 12,000 kilometers above Earth’s surface and contains high concentrations of protons with energies exceeding 100 MeV. The outer belt extends from about 13,500 to 58,000 kilometers and primarily contains electrons with energies ranging from 0.1 to 10 MeV. These belts are shaped by Earth’s magnetic field and play a crucial role in protecting the planet from solar wind and cosmic radiation, but they can pose hazards to satellites and astronauts due to the high radiation levels.
Connecting the South Atlantic Anomaly to UAP Activity
The hypothesis that the SAA could be influencing UAP activity in South America is grounded in several observations:
Increased Radiation Levels: The SAA’s high levels of ionizing radiation might be attracting UAPs, similar to how they are often reported near nuclear sites and areas with higher radioactivity.
Geographical Correlation: The areas with the highest reported UAP activities, such as Peru and Brazil, fall within or near the boundaries of the SAA.
Supporting Evidence
Scientific Research: Studies on the SAA have highlighted the increased radiation levels in this region and its effects on satellites and space missions. For instance, the increased flux of energetic particles in the SAA has been shown to cause significant interference with spacecraft electronics (Ancient Pages) (Thoughtnova).
Historical Accounts: A review of historical UAP reports shows a higher incidence of sightings and encounters in regions affected by the SAA. These include well-documented cases like the Colares incident and numerous modern-day reports from areas like the Nazca region (ANCIENT ARCHAEOLOGY –) (ANN | Archaeology news network).
Conclusion
The correlation between the South Atlantic Anomaly and heightened UAP activity in South America presents a compelling case for further study. The combination of historical evidence, scientific data, and modern reports suggests that the SAA’s unique characteristics may play a role in attracting UAPs to this region. Further interdisciplinary research could provide more insights into this intriguing connection, potentially uncovering new dimensions of both UAP phenomena and geophysical anomalies.
The exploration of UAP phenomena leads to questions about consciousness, suggesting that these entities possess advanced capabilities, including telepathy and time manipulation. The need for interdisciplinary research is emphasized, correlating psychological, environmental, and quantum theories while proposing a framework to understand possible interactions between humans and Ultra-terrestrials.
If you’ve been following our UAP podcast and website, you’ve been following a standard UFO research journey. You start with trying to determine if flying saucers are real. Once you’ve figured out they are real, you move onto what they are…that takes some twists and turns but it lands you somewhere in the realm of consciousness studies.
We don’t know what consciousness is. I don’t mean just us at Fortean Winds don’t know what consciousness is…humans don’t know what consciousness is.
So, being the material generation, we pretend like it doesn’t exist or relegate it to the fringes of hippy pseudoscience. Which works until it doesn’t…when we’re confronted with the reality of consciousness and its potential effects on our everyday lives, we can either dive into what science exists or dismiss it as Woo (fluff, wild theory).
Yet, these NHI and this phenomenon seem to have a greater control and understanding of consciousness than we do. If nothing else, that tells us there is so much there we have yet to discover…
If discovery is not sufficient motivation, how about survival? These beings have utilized their understanding of consciousness to control minds (see Chris Bledsoe, Fatima). They can freeze people in place, or send them on a journey to another world akin to our own but filled with fantastic creatures and unique differences (see the “Oz Effect and Hitchhiker Effect”).
Whether or not these experiences actually transport the person to another physical realm, or the experience is simulated, is unclear.
What is clear is that the NHI have this capability.
It’s intimidating to consider the fact these beings could be listening to your thoughts…all the time. Do they?
We doubt it. We have to accept they could potentially read thoughts, as we have evidence of numerous credible cases in which these beings communicate telepathically. Yet, why would they want to hear my thoughts about the latest Taylor Swift album? Seems like a waste of time (I didn’t get it).
At Fortean Winds we classify these NHI as “Ultra-terrestrials” because they live here (on planet earth) often enough to be considered terrestrial. And the “Ultra” refers to their capabilities. Not their point of origin. We’ve seen credible cases where these beings…
Can see back and forth in time
Pilot and control technology far beyond ours
Transport people into a land like Oz (apparently another reality)
Materialize and dematerialize matter
Read thoughts and communicate telepathically
Create potergeist-like activity
Appear as religious apparitions and strange monsters
Move through water and earth as if it were air (transmedium)
Transform shape (including mirroring humans)
Interact with humans on a purely psychic level…
Those are facts. We’ve seen these capabilities repeated in credible cases, reported by reliable observers and sometimes including material evidence.
We won’t spend a lot of time on this. The research community appears to be coming around to this set of facts. Good. They have to be accepted in order to be studied.
But then what…if these beings have just about every capability we can imagine, how do we go about studying them?
There is a temptation to just throw up your hands and consider them all powerful, mostly ambivalent and ignore them, or some may be tempted to worship them.
We would argue that neither of those solutions are terribly fruitful.
Instead the next logical steps are:
1) Open study and transparent information sharing of UAP discoveries
2) Attempt open and transparent communication with the NHI.
It doesn’t seem logical to us to worship something which does not make its motives clear. It also doesn’t make sense to ignore something so powerful and potentially informative…that is here…and interacts with us.
Given the confusing and disparate nature of this phenomenon and its capabilities, it seems the only way to get to the truth…is to ask. Communication is the logical next step.
We should accept that this is a multi-faceted phenomenon, which does not make itself known. In fact, it goes out of its way to hide its existence.
The fact that this phenomenon involves material craft and bodies, which are being studied, moves it out of the hippy pseudoscience category and into the WTF category?
If these things are real then all the capabilities they display are possible…and what does that say about our material reality? About our material science?
It says that it’s incomplete. But we already know that, don’t we? When did we decide we had it all figured out?
So, why can’t we ask the all-important questions? The ones that take us out of the realm of new age philosophy and into discovery.
Such as, how can something be both objective and subjective? Both material and immaterial? And why are there so many disparate pieces to this phenomenon?
This question touches on a fundamental and intriguing aspect of the phenomenon involving UAPs, abductions, cryptid sightings, and religious experiences: why do these phenomena sometimes manifest physically and other times psychically or para-physically? Here are some frameworks which attempt to explain these phenomena:
1. Jungian Theory and the Collective Unconscious:
Archetypes and Manifestations: Jung proposed that archetypes from the collective unconscious can manifest in various forms, reflecting both personal and collective human experiences. These archetypes might manifest as physical entities or experiences under certain conditions, especially when collective societal or personal psychological states are conducive.
Symbolic Representation: Physical sightings and psychic experiences could be different ways in which the unconscious mind externalizes internal conflicts, fears, or hopes. The physical manifestations could be a way for the psyche to confront and process these archetypes tangibly, while psychic experiences might represent a more internalized, introspective process. While Jung’s theories may be informative to the phenomenon as a whole (we think so), it can’t be the entirety of it, as there are ships and bodies. Can humans manifest ships and bodies which are sentient through their collective unconscious? Seems unlikely, but it may be that the phenomenon chooses its forms and is otherwise informed by Jungian theory.
Interdimensional Hypotheses: The idea that these phenomena might originate from other dimensions can explain their variable manifestations. Entities or objects could be crossing over from different realities, sometimes interacting with our physical world and other times influencing our minds more subtly. Check out our article on Tesla and Einstein for some quantum hypothesizing.
3. Consciousness and Perception:
Observer Effect: In quantum physics, the observer effect suggests that the act of observation can influence the state of a particle. Similarly, the state of the observer’s consciousness could influence whether an experience is physical or psychic. The expectation, belief, and mental state of the observer might shape how the phenomenon manifests.
Psychosocial Context: The cultural and social context can also influence the form these phenomena take. In societies with a strong belief in physical cryptids, sightings might be more common. Conversely, in cultures with a focus on spiritual or psychic experiences, these might be more prevalent. Combining Jungian theory with quantum physics where the expectations of the observer inform the observed…and we may have something.
4. Parapsychological Perspectives:
PK (Psychokinesis): Some parapsychologists suggest that psychokinetic abilities might enable individuals to manifest physical phenomena through psychic means. This theory posits that the mind can influence physical reality, leading to tangible manifestations of what might otherwise be considered purely psychological phenomena.
Collective Energy: The collective energy of a group or society, particularly in times of stress or significant change, could potentially trigger both physical and psychic manifestations. This might explain why certain periods and locations are hotspots for UAP sightings, cryptid reports, and spiritual experiences. Paranormal researchers often discuss liminal (places in a state of change) states as a precursor to a paranormal experience. Sites such as hospitals, schools and transportation hubs often report activity.
5. Environmental and Electromagnetic Factors:
Electromagnetic Fields (EMF): High levels of electromagnetic fields are often reported in areas with frequent UAP sightings and paranormal activity. EMFs can affect human perception and consciousness, potentially inducing both physical and psychic experiences.
Geophysical Anomalies: Certain geographic locations with unique magnetic or gravitational properties might act as focal points for these phenomena, facilitating both physical appearances and psychic experiences depending on the environmental conditions. These geophysical regions may be influenced by temporal factors and the observer.
The variability in the manifestation of these phenomena—sometimes physical, sometimes psychic—likely involves a complex interplay of psychological, environmental, and possibly quantum factors. Jungian theory provides a valuable framework for understanding the symbolic and archetypal dimensions of these experiences, while quantum and parapsychological theories offer insights into the mechanisms that might allow for such diverse manifestations.
Were you expecting an easy answer? Well, we have a simplified version, that we think holds up for now, and could then be expanded based on more data.
The Fortean Winds: Integrative UAP Hypothesis
Our research framework, which considers the interplay of the right person, place, and time, aligns well with the multidimensional nature of UAPs and related phenomena. This integrative approach can potentially offer a more comprehensive understanding of these elusive experiences. In short, this is how we think it(the phenomenon, NHI, whatever) works…
1. The Right Person:
Sensitivity and Connection: Some individuals appear to have a heightened sensitivity or a particular connection to these phenomena, which might be due to innate psychic abilities, previous experiences, or even genetic factors. Studies have suggested that certain people are more prone to experiencing paranormal phenomena, possibly due to their cognitive or perceptual traits.
Psychological and Emotional State: The mental and emotional state of the individual can influence their susceptibility to these experiences. Stress, trauma, and heightened emotional states are often reported in conjunction with sightings and encounters.
2. The Right Place:
Geophysical Anomalies: Locations with unique geophysical properties, such as high levels of EMF, geomagnetic anomalies, or specific mineral compositions, are often hotspots for paranormal activity and UAP sightings. Skinwalker Ranch in Utah is a notable example, known for its diverse range of unexplained phenomena, potentially linked to its unique geological features.
Historical and Cultural Significance: Certain places with rich histories of paranormal or spiritual activity might act as focal points. These areas could be imbued with cultural and symbolic significance, which might enhance their propensity for such phenomena.
3. The Right Time:
Temporal Factors: Time-related factors, such as specific times of the year (e.g., solstices, equinoxes), lunar cycles, and even certain hours of the day, might play a role in the manifestation of these phenomena. Some researchers suggest that these times could align with natural cycles that amplify environmental energies (livescience.com).
Cosmic and Astrological Influences: Cosmic events, such as solar flares, planetary alignments, and meteor showers, might also influence the occurrence of these phenomena. The idea is that these events can create fluctuations in the Earth’s electromagnetic field, potentially making it easier for interdimensional interactions or psychic phenomena to occur.
Case Studies and Examples:
Skinwalker Ranch:This site is known for a wide array of paranormal phenomena, including UAP sightings, cryptid encounters, and unexplained physical effects. Researchers have noted the presence of unusual magnetic and gravitational anomalies in the area, suggesting a link between the physical environment and the observed phenomena.
Hudson Valley Sightings: In the 1980s, the Hudson Valley in New York became a hotspot for UAP sightings. Many witnesses reported experiencing both physical sightings of craft and psychic phenomena, suggesting a combined influence of geophysical and psychological factors.
The Integrative Hypothesis:
The convergence of these factors can be viewed through an integrative hypothesis:
The Individual: People with certain sensitivities, previous experiences, family history, genetics and/or psychological predispositions may act as catalysts for these experiences.
The Environment: Geophysical anomalies and specific locations may provide the necessary conditions for these phenomena to manifest.
Temporal Conditions: Certain times may align environmental energies in ways that facilitate the occurrence of these phenomena.
This hypothesis suggests that a multidisciplinary approach, combining psychology, geology, physics, and cultural studies, is crucial for advancing our understanding of UAPs and related phenomena.
Based on our research (a review of thousands of cases), these are the determining factors of a UAP sighting or related paranormal event. A UAP or paranormal event occurs when the right person is in the right place at the right time.
However, it is missing one important variable and that variable has a huge impact: The Will and Actions of the NHI
These beings are conducting themselves and their activities according to their own agenda. We would argue that incidents. where these principles are not deterministic, occurred simply because it suited the NHI agenda (whatever that may be).
Yet, we consider it possible the factors in the integrated hypothesis may limit the time and targets which the NHI have available.
This NHI agenda needs to be studied both separately and in parallel, but it has to be viewed differently. We need to understand what the NHI achieved or hoped to achieve in these encounters. This is more like behavioral profiling.
A review of the cases has to be done to develop a reliable case pool and then the cases need to be analyzed to determine what the encounter most likely provided to the NHI and how it affected the contactee.
We’ve done this exercise, and the effects of the encounters appear to be mixed. Meaning they sometimes positively (healing, wisdom) but more often negatively (trauma, radiation) affect the individual. This could be the result of different factions of NHI interacting with humanity differently, or it could speak to a larger control mechanism and a long term plan of their own design. The NHI agenda, at this point, is unclear to everyone…
Additionally, we should note that these factors appear to work independently and in combination. For example, if you’re in the super right place at the super right time, it may not be necessary to be the right person. Conversely, if you’re the right person, the right place and time may be more flexible.
This is how it appears to work based on our current review and the state of our research. The Hitchhiker Effect also has an outsized effect on paranormal and UAP occurrences and points to a genetic or biological component to this phenomenon. This is noted in the integrative hypothesis as “family history” and “previous experiences.”
How’s that for deconstructing the woo…What could be more earthly than human biology?
De-Mystifying the Mystical:
We’ve assigned these beings the “mystical or magical” label because our ancestors didn’t know a lot about material science. We do. Yet, what we know is incomplete. Science and history are ever-evolving subjects. We don’t know what we don’t know. If nothing else, they’ve shown us that what we thought is impossible is not. That’s not magical or mystical…it’s opportunity.
Yet, it takes courage to accept the facts in UAP and Paranormal encounters. It takes the courage to research it and then it takes courage to believe credible people relaying incredible things.
That normally wouldn’t seem like much…except they keep saying the same thing…for thousands of years.
But the real challenge is accepting what you’ve found as fact and moving forward with it. Moving forward involves open and transparent study of the phenomenon we’ve outlined. That study should result in an effort of open and transparent communication with this phenomenon.
How would we communicate with the phenomenon? Naturally, we got some ideas!
